The staff was friendly and happy to assist us. The hotel concept is very unique and we loved staying at the 21c in Cincinnati, however the rooms in Chicago seemed a little worn and dated. We did appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel and the sprucing up of our room each morning.

I liked the museum, that was unique. We liked the restaurant downstairs, especially the happy hour specials. The room was nice but the restroom was equipped with a shower curtain, which sucks. Also, the shower and bath tub fills up while showering. Also, the body wash was empty. It’s downtown area so it has good surrounding activities. Oh, also, the screen mirroring on the tv didn’t work. Also, valet charged me $80 even though I had to walk to get my car once I needed it.

Good location. Large room but looks like Ikea furniture. The view from our room looked like a Russian prison camp. Called twice before room was serviced. No room service - only from restaurant next door which closed at 10PM. Overall not a pleasant experience at all. I did like the William Sweetlove Penguins.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was clean and well maintained with helpful staff. The gym looked great but I didn’t pack my workout gear. The connected Lure restaurant was excellent to experience. River North is a wonderful location and a very short walk to great shops and restaurants.
