We arrived very late in the evening. Parking was down the street in an open lot. (That was not mentioned) The neighborhood was very rundown and we did not feel safe getting out of the car and walking down the street to the unit.It was not the type of neighborhood that I would recommend a woman alone or a family to stay at. We never even went into the unit. The host was extremely fair and refunded us half of our money. I’m really sorry it didn’t work out because the unit looked really cute online.

Had a great time for our girls weekend! Parked close by (could see car from window). We walked everywhere we wanted to visit except for visiting Junipers in Newport. Great location with tons of places to walk to if you are up for walking. We'll definately consider staying here again next Cincy trip.

We ended up canceling the reservation once we got to the area. Couldn’t find a safe parking spot. The area was very sketchy. The host was great and gave us a partial refund. I’m sure it was lovely inside, we just didn’t feel comfortable getting out in that neighborhood.

Within walking ditance of everything around the Findlay area. Host was great at listing everything to do in the area. 3 codes to enter the apartment was comforting. Space was clean and fine for just the two of us. Even shampoo, soaps, etc were provided for showers, as well as cleaning products for the kitchen. Our only complaint was the severely blighted area of the apartment itself. We were honestly uncomfortable. Street parties, yelling, screaming, engine racing and music into all hours of the night that no white noise machine could drown out. The upstairs neighbor was up all night and sounded like an elephant pounding. We also didn't realize that we would need to pay to park. We had to park at a local garage, because honestly, we didn't feel like it was safe to leave our car in the open lot that was closer to the apartment,but which also cost money. When we left that morning, we saw trash everywhere all over the neighborhood from whatever street shenanigans had happened the night before.
