You will have the entire home to yourself. This listing is wonderful for all kinds of guests with one bedroom that is accessible on the main level. This house was built in the 1920’s so please expect to see some characteristics of an old house (like creaky floorboards, laundry in an unfinished basement). The house has been renovated with all new appliances and finishings.

- Dining room- Round four seater
- Kitchen- Fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. We offer free coffee with your stay. Kitchen contains pots, pans, cutlery and other necessary items like oil, sugar, salt and pepper. It is stocked with everything you'll need to whip up a meal. We also have plates/cups/cutlery for kids.

- BATHROOM 1 (full): Located on the Level 1. Shower with tub. Stocked with shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Hair dryer is also available.
- Side yard with grill and chairs.
- Bedroom 1: King bed, 2 nightstands with lamps. Closet. Pack n play available.

Second Level:
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 2 nightstands with lamps. Desk. Closet.
- Bedroom 3: Full bed, 2 nightstands with lamps. Closet.
- Bedroom 4: Full bed, 2 nightstands with lamps. Closet.
- Full Bathroom: Standing shower only. The second bathroom is very small- please see posted pictures. Stocked with shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Hair dryer is also available.

Basement Level: Unfinished basement.

Oakley is a neighborhood that has a lot to offer. With it's own square with Cincinnati staples like Aglamesis's ice cream and Skyline Chili, there is a lot to explore. Super safe and cute neighborhood of new and old homes that have a lot of character. Close to other great neighborhoods like Hyde Park and Columbia Tusculum.
