This full home features 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, with a lovely open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious deck out back - perfect for alfresco dining or entertaining! You are a short walk to East Hyde Park, which features great restaurants, historic bars, and some of the best coffee in town! In addition to on street parking, you have parking for one car in the driveway.

We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out.

Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out.

Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property.

**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**

Check Out -
1. Put all dishes in the dishwasher, drop a detergent packet in and start! (If dishwasher won't start, it is usually because the switch is off by the sink!)
2. Secure the property. Please double check all windows to ensure that they are locked.
3. Set Thermostat to 65 -- Heat -- AUTO FAN
4. Message message the host "OUT" to confirm you have left the property.

We will also send check out directions the morning of your departure. Please note that check out time is at 11:00 am – we ask that you check out promptly so our team can prepare the unit for its next guest!

Perfect Spot!

The house was perfect for our quick overnight stay in Hyde Park. Very clean, had everything we needed, nice little back yard and porch. We have already recommended the house to other family members that come into town. Thank you Drew for the great house!

Wonderful

We love this location. Great food and coffee options a short walk away. The house is beautiful. The kitchen has the things that you need for a comfortable stay. Our dogs loved the fenced back yard. Cannot wait to visit again in warmer weather.

City Stay

We live out in the country a good 45 minutes to downtown….we needed a place to stay while having our hardwood striped and finished.So we stayed at the Cozy Craftsman. We never knew how convenient city life is!!!! We were 9 to 10 minutes or less to everything!!! Loved the place!

Spacious home, great neighborhood

My family of five (2 adults and 3 teens) had a very comfortable 2 night stay here. Great safe neighborhood with places to eat in walking distance. House was very clean, fully stocked with everything we needed from coffee to shampoo. The host is very responsive and friendly. Checkout was a breeze.

Cozy house in excellent location

This property was perfect for my family. It was very neat, clean, and the location was perfect. The beds were amazingly comfortable with memory foam mattresses. Loved the big kitchen and dining room as we cooked many meals there. Within minutes of several restaurants, shopping, and downtown Cincinnati. Drew was amazing to work with and very professional. We will definitely stay at this wonderful property again!

Our old neighborhood

We hadn’t been back to Cincinnati in a long while. We used to live a few blocks away so staying in the old neighborhood was perfect. The house was really nice. Beautifully appointed and very clean and neat. From the Restoration Hardware leather sofa the big smart TV, we felt like we were in a special place.

Excellent!

Down in Cincinnati for college tours. Great neighborhood. Quiet. House was clean, comfortable and described perfectly. So comfortable. Had a relaxing night on the couch with everyone chilling and watching a movie. Everything we needed and more plus a fenced in yard for the dogs to stretch their legs in after a long car ride. Will stay again for sure.

Family Trip for UC Graduation

Perfect home base for family gathering for UC graduation. Five of us slept comfortably with one on the living room couch. Kitchen and dining room easily handled a couple of robust celebratory meals. One bathroom got a little dicey at times with teenagers but we managed. Hyde Park is a great neighborhood with a local vibe. Drew was super at staying in touch and helping us get settled.

Son’s Graduation

The house was nice. Even being pet friendly, the house did not smell like pets. The back deck with the awning was great and we sat out there two nights. Very safe and nice location. Walking distance to many restaurants. The floors were very squeaky. There was no remote for the light/ceiling fan in the kitchen. Very few large kitchen utensils. When we arrived, VRBO must have been having technical issues because we could not get to the inbox in the app or on a computer to see the checkin process and lock code. This was very frustrating. We had to call customer service and they contacted the owner. The owner called and was very nice and gave us the code over the phone. After this incident, the trip was very nice.
