Terrible service, the door doesn't lock, asking for maintenance for 3 days! No one came...the shower head is so old , water barely comes out, smoking room no ashtray....i travel a lot im cheap motel like those, but come on do better

The day before, a man with glasses (he was cool, alert and helpful) told us breakfast would be ready the next day at 6:30 am. We went and there was a girl there, who didn't even acknowledge us and no breakfast was available. Just coffee. We waited until 6:50am, but we had to leave. No reason why there wasn't any breakfast on time.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the buttons on the heater which was worn , where you could not see what function you were pushing.

There was no breakfast. The floor in our room was dirty. We made clean paths with wet toilet paper. Bathtub was pretty sad. Mattress was hard as a rock. Linens were clean though and no apparent bed bugs. Also our room didn't face the freeway so it was quiet.

Room door was broke and wouldnt close bathtub still had someones hair in it where they shaved. Bed was stained. Staff was non helpfull breakfast was muffins parking was good..will never go back to this hotel

Originally given a key to a room that was occupied. Luckily I am an honest person and shut the door and went back to the front desk. I was given a different room and the front desk came to check the occupied room like I was lying. Only muffins for breakfast. Room was great. Location was close to where we needed.
