The rooms were not cleaned until we stayed 5 days. Asked for clean towels, but I had to pick them up myself. The breakfast was not good. The staff was nice enough, but for the price and the name on the hotel I expected more. The hotel was noisy and the space between the door and the floor was a good inch and a half, so all hallway noise was heard . The bed was not comfortable. It was a king size and the pillows were tiny. The clock was an hour behind, I reset it, but when I came back to the room it was wrong again. It’s winter and the room unit was set to air conditioning not heat. We changed it. We left and come back it was on air conditioning again. This is a fairly new hotel, only a few years old. I’m not at all impressed.Another family member was also staying at this hotel this week and had many of the same issues. We have never stayed at this hotel before. We won’t be back. I can’t imagine there are many people who are repeat customers here.

Overall, a very good experience. The walls are a little thin, and we could hear the neighbor playing loud music late at night. The bed was a little cheap but still comfortable so not an issue. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

Check-in clerk had a testy attitude worsened by rooms in the system that were flagged as clean but werfte not. Beds were not made to high standards. Room was cold and used extra blankets but was still cold. Thermostat did not change this. Quality of furnishings seemed very cheap. Charged a refundable $150 deposit which seemed unnecessary.

The room was really great. It had literally the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and another guest commented the exact same thing to me as I was leaving. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were no actual glasses in the room, only cardboard cups. I feel that a King Suite should have a couple rocks glasses in it.
