I booked for my Mom and she is having a nice time! She seems to think everything is wonderful thus far. They still have breakfast to do but dinner was enjoyable and the place had been beautiful! Staff must be pretty good or she would be raising cane at me for having booked with them.

Toilet over flowed day 1/2 & flooded the room. Things happen, ok but zero rush was made to find us a new room, left waiting. Could have at least offered us a meal or drink voucher to compensate. Room 2 has mold on the AC unit and the smoke detector was literally falling off the wall. Pics were shown to management & they said take it up with Expedia if you want something done about it.

This hotel was amazing. Not only is it incredibly stunning, but they are undergoing renovations and it’s only going to get even better. The staff really made all the difference. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Probably some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Dining was incredible. The bed was super comfortable. The room was huge and the view was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We loved it. Thank you Hilton!

Check in time was 4, arrived at 5:30 and couldn't check in yet so went to event and returned at 11pm. Received room key and room wouldn't open. Had to go to foment desk three times to get help. Security finally came and opened door, went in, and there was a man without clothes who walked out of the suite. Unsettling. Went back down and finally got a room. Lights in bedroom didn't work.

Very Dirty and needs updated

The building was very run down. Stains throughout hall way carpet. carpet in room coming up. Valet was not available due to type of car I was driving could not clear the entrance. Water was ff so we could not shower in the morning before we had to leave. The room was not super clean. Baseboards were dirty and bathroom was tiny. The area and floors in the lobby and area going to garage were filthy. Honestly probably the worst Hilton we have stayed in.

Issues with the room

First morning no power, no water in the room. Second morning no hot water at all in faucet or shower. I spoke with front desk and they said if hotels.com approves the refund for the inconvenience, they would honor it
