DO NOT STAY HERE!! Woke up to what appeared to be bug bites. Started to investigate and inspect the room to find the room had BED BUGS. Not just one BB but a ton. Infestation

This was a great location. We were able to walk to different areas in the city. We could also get the free tram quite near the hotel. The room itself was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of space and the decor was appealing. Parking in the garage next door was super convenient.

The hotel was very nice and staff was wonderful. Easy to catch a ride. Wish there were more options for dining within walking distance for older people, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Good stay

Overall, a good stay. Staff was super friendly at check in and check out. Room was clean. The room was cool, but a little humid (but it's super hot and humid outside right now, so I'm sure that contributed.

Great location and the restaurant’s food was amazing!! They staff was very friendly and the check in process was very quick. While I don’t overnight in Cincinnati often, I will certainly keep this place in mind when I return.

The room was clean and comfortable. We booked the hotel as a family of four. The room only had a set of towels for 2. When we asked for more instead of giving us more they removed the others and left 2 new sets. The pool was also rather cold. On 2 occasions that we went swimming (those that could handle the cold) we had to call the front desk for towels. It was not their fault, but the fire alarm went off at 5:30 am. I was disappointed in the lack of communication from the hotel. I would have expected that there would be an announcement when we went back in or something to let us know what happened. I did like that they had a customized site seeing map which was helpful.

My pleasant hotel stay

The stay was great. The breakfast was good and the comfort of the bed; felt like home. The kindness of the staff and beauty of the hotel was excellent. If I ever come back to Cincinnati, and don’t stay with family, I would love to stay at Voco The Clair again😊.

Almost 5 stars

We would have had a 5 star stay but we couldn’t adjust the thermostat. Our teeth were chattering it was so cold. There were also a couple things that didn’t work in the room. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We also were greeted with a smile which so many places are lacking these days.
