This charming one-bedroom apartment is the first floor of a lovely home in an ideal location. It boasts original, refinished hardwood flooring, French pocket doors and lots of character!
Located in the heart of Cincinnati- just a 5 minute Uber/Lyft to downtown Cincinnati, Over the Rhine and Finley Market. A 3 minute WALK to the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Children's Hospital (and many others including the VA, UC Medical Center). Also, a short 3 minute walk to the world-famous Cincinnati Zoo and Burnett Woods.

This apartment can sleep up to 4 people (one queen size bed and one air mattress). There is access to a shared driveway and street parking. Full kitchen with microwave, full bathroom with shower, one bedrooms and one living area.

Available as a whole house, if not currently rented out, which adds another 2 bedroom apartment- another full kitchen and another full bath in a separate listing.
NO LOCAL RENTERS PLEASE.

The space:
Spacious and clean. Comfy queen size bed, a double air mattress. Full kitchen and full bathroom with shower.

Guest access:
You will have access to the entire 1st floor of the home.

My experience with this host was terrible. I reached out multiple times on the day of check-in and did not receive a response until an hour after my check-in time. Because of this lack of communication, we were left waiting with no way to access the property and ultimately had to book a hotel at the last minute. It was stressful, expensive, and completely avoidable.A host should at least be reachable when guests are trying to check in. This was unprofessional and disappointing, and I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere.
