The hot tub was perfect. The lights over it was the perfect touch. Tje bayhroom was huge and veey welcoming. The bed was sooo comfortable. Ill definitely be back.

We recently stayed at this hotel and found a few areas that could use improvement. The breakfast options were quite limited mainly waffles and biscuits with gravy and guests aren’t allowed to take breakfast back to their rooms, which was inconvenient. The carpets could really use a good shampoo, and the rooms would benefit from a fresh coat of paint to feel more updated and inviting. The staff were polite, but overall, the property could use some maintenance and better breakfast choices.

The property was clearly under renovation. Our room smelled and was not cleaned well. There was damage in bathroom walls, no hooks, toilet holder, hangers. Breakfast was non existent, minimal at best. Luckily restaurants in area. Fine to put out head down and sleep for night but wouldn’t stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful — especially the gentleman at the lobby, who was very professional and kind. I really appreciate his excellent service and welcoming attitude. Pick a different hotel; dirty, bad service, rude

I’ve stayed at many Quality Inn & Suites and this was the worst I’ve stayed in. Check-in went fine until the clerk loudly announced not only what room I was in, but also the exact directions on how to get there. As a woman I do find that unsafe and I’ve found most hotels just right the number on the card envelope, a practice I find safer and appreciate. The room I was originally placed in was poorly cleaned, hair on both beds above and below blanket and both sheets had holes, I couldn’t tell if they were burns from the dryer or something else. When I asked for a different room and the number to not be said out loud the clerk had an attitude and couldn’t understand why that announcing the room number is a safety concern. The second room was also poorly cleaned with blood stains on the blanket (which the front desk said was simply rust when a request was made for a new blanket) same burn marks on the sheets, floor unswept, and what appears to be a Brillo pad spackled to the bathtub. The bathroom pipes began leaking the second night. The breakfast was dry mini-muffins, greasy gravy and a single waffle maker. No juice or fruit in sight. The fire alarm being pulled at 4am by a guest wasn’t even the worse part of the stay.
Bathtub, not sure what this was. Looked like a Brillo pad covered in spackle.

Blood on the blanket that the hotel attempted to say was rust.

Two rooms rented..one toilet didnt flush and the other had a drippy shower. Took a long time for hot water to come to the sink and the best was the 4am fire alarm and visit by the fire truck (guy at the desk said this happens regularly...once a week as guests trigger the alarm with candles, vaping, smoking and more...if this wasnt bad enough i received 2 6am wake up calls that i didnt order and a random call to my cell phone about providing a key to a friend at rhe front desk when i didnt excpect any company. Did someone access my room while gone? Neither key worked when i came back to the room in the evening so i dont know..Not coming back.

Look like the hotel was getting some renovations and needed them. It also from my room look like they needed to have a better construction manager for those renovations because whoever laid the flooring in the room I was in left gaps between the planks. Over all the stay was fine but those were pretty glaring quality issues with their flooring contractor.

I'm absolutely disappointed in what me and my wife had to deal with. There was no heat in my room all night. The hallways were warmer than my room. It temperature drop down to 57 degreses at one point. There was no maintenance or manager. There wont be one until monday morning. Outside temp as only 7° warmer than my room. Which is absolutely upsetting to hear that about maintenance knowing things will happened over the weekend. I asked the desk attended to come up and see. He would not, and did not. I actually check out 3hrs earlier. I was celebrating my anniversary and selected the presidential suite and it made for a terrible memory. I have also messaged the onsite manager Kevin Patel. I'm sure that room will be purchased again by Monday which is terrible to know. Also, the stairs are very nasty. I parked on the side of the building and there was trash there Friday and more added Saturday as I exited. Looks like its not attended to like the rooms are. I'm a choice member. I only like to stay at choice hotels. But this has made me rethink. This was my 2 stay here. The last time was Sept 2015, it was in good condition and upkeep then. No so much now. I would like a refund, i dont see myself saying again at this location.
The thermostat wasn't working. A thermostat's purpose is to maintain a desired temperature by acting as a control switch for their heating system. It automatically turns the furnace on and off based on the temperature it set to. But as you see...

The guy at check-in was nice but that was about the only positive experience we had. The door to our room was missing a hinge, there was a hair clip on the floor (big enough that if the room had been thoroughly cleaned it would have for sure been picked up). There was hair on the bed sheets, what to looked to be mold on multiple parts of the walls (underneath the desk and underneath the sink in the bathroom), a constantly running toilet and a dirty floor. We wound up leaving the property without even trying to get our money back because we just wanted out.
