The property location was excellent, with easy and convenient parking and quick access to the beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the quality of the beds was a major drawback. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I actually had to purchase a memory foam topper just to get some sleep. Ever time my husband moved, the springs literally squeaked. For the price we paid, we expected a higher standard of bed quality. It’s unfortunate, the beds will be the one feature that will keep us from returning to this hotel.

I have stayed here before and the stay was much better. Stayed last night and felt that since I booked through Expedia ended up with a poor room. It was a handicap room. The room was old and dated. Paint coming off tiles in the shower. Black hairs in the floor in the bathroom and my wife and I have blonde. Bed was on a slope. Not what we expected after having a good experience previously. Will not be going back for the money we had to pay for one night.

Property was very short walking distance to beach, the breakfast was wonderful, staff were wonderful! The room was old and needs a good update, fridge was not cold enough and very small, microwave had a turntable knob for timer and sofa bed was hard! We actually stayed an extra night due to nice weather and close to beach! We had a nice stay! A bit pricey for outdated room!

Not for younger crowd. Felt like a nursing home. No type of entertainment in the lobby area. Didn’t see the bar open once. The beach is not safe at night. We were chased down by a weirdo and when we told staff she didn’t even call security. We checked out early and stayed at a different hotel. Yet the staff lied to Expedia and told them we never checked out early.
