Lake CDA: Soak, Paddle, Dock & Unwind
Wake up right on the water at your own Lake Coeur d'Alene retreatâwhere the day unfolds at the pace of the lake and every moment feels like a reset. From the first light of morning to the stillness of night, this is where you fully settle into the rhythm of North Idaho.
Start your mornings slowlyâcoffee in hand on the deck as the lake stretches out in front of you, glassy and quiet. Watch for bald eagles overhead, then wander down to your private dock where the day really begins. Paddleboards and kayaks are ready for you, making it effortless to glide across the water, explore the shoreline, or simply float and soak up the sun. Swim right from the dock, lounge lakeside, or spend hours out on the water without ever needing to leave home.
When you're ready to explore beyond the shoreline, Coeur d'Alene is just a short drive away. Spend your day hiking Tubbs Hill's scenic trails, biking the Centennial Trail, strolling the resort boardwalk, or enjoying downtown's shops, coffee spots, and lakeside dining. It's the perfect balanceâeasy access to everything, then a return to your own peaceful stretch of lake.
Back at the home, the experience shifts into something calm and connected. The open living spaces are designed for gatheringâcook meals together, relax in comfortable seating, and let the lake remain the backdrop to every moment. As the evening sets in, light the fire, share stories, and unwind after a full day outside.
Then comes the best partânights on the lake. Sink into the hot tub as the water goes still and the sky fills with stars. The quiet, the fresh air, the reflection of the moon on the waterâit's the kind of setting that stays with you long after you leave.
Tucked along a quieter stretch of shoreline, this home offers a true sense of escape while still being close to Coeur d'Alene's best experiences. Parking is limited to two vehicles and there is no space for boat trailers. A short stairway leads to the main entrance, and while the setting is peaceful, occasional distant freeway sounds may be heard.
This isn't just a place to stayâit's where you experience the lake the way it was meant to be.

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful lakefront property. Everything was as advertised. This rental will not disappoint if your looking for family fun on lake Coeur dâ Alene.
Traffic noice was more than we expected. Wish kitchen table had more seating and chairs with backs on them. Beautiful views, quiet bay. Loved that there were kayaks and paddle boards. Would recommend.
Beautiful house, beautiful view, excellent amenities (hot tub, kayaks, SUP's, dock). The initial drive into the house from the freeway was on a very scary road with lots of steep drop-offs. Discovered an alternate route along Coeur D'Alene Lake Blvd which was way better.
he driveway was not easy to navigate as you drove out "blind" and I worried about taking out an approaching car each time. Would I do it all again. Absolutely! So worth it!
We had a wonderful time at this lake house! Itâs simply beautiful inside and the view is gorgeous! The property communication was great - we had a small issue when we first arrived and they handled it great! The property is close to the freeway as mentioned in the listing but to be honest we really didnât even notice it! The access to the kayaks and paddle boards and life jackets were great, especially for us coming from another state - we didnât have to worry about renting those! The accommodations were great and enough room for us all. My kids loved the little bunk house for their sleep and play! The hot tub was a nice addition as well! They have a nice fire pit on the lake but there was a fire restriction starting in July (the day we got there) so we couldnât use the fire pit unfortunately. There were plenty of beach towels and regular towels. Directions were great - we had no problems finding it. Also, you feel remote but you are within 15 min from town and great dining! We enjoyed playing on the dock, swimming, and relaxing on the deck at the house and ate meals outside almost every night! We also had a full moon while we were there and the reflection off the lake was simply breathtaking! Thank you again for a wonderful stay for my family - we absolutely loved it!

The scenery is gorgeous and the home is very nice. Lots of stairs and a little difficult with bad knees, hips, and back. Parking could be little challenging if you have a van or extended cab truck with a 6 ft bed. Family wanted access to the lake and we had a blast even with the rainy weather. Thank you for everything.
