William was an amazing host from my initial reach out til the end of our stay. His response time was instantaneous. As far as the rental itself, I would rate a perfect 10 for cleanliness. A perfect 10 for an amazing view. And a perfect 10 for comfort. The layout was great with an open floor plan for the living areas and bedrooms on either side for complete privacy.

The condo was just beautiful; the pictures online are amazing but don't even do it justice! It was very spacious and the floorplan was perfect for sharing with another couple. We ate out most of the time but the kitchen has everthing one would need for staying in. It was very convenient to walk to many different restaurants, parks, etc. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness, particularly special little touches such as a new, wrapped sponge in the kitchen! Television viewing was a bit tricky, as the remotes (all nicely labeled) were in various places other than where intended. I wouldn't have cared if there were no TVs but not so much with our traveling companions! Bill was a big help with all of my questions! If you go, don't miss the Kootenai County Farmers Market, less than 15 minutes away and just wonderful!

so comfortable for the 4 of us. The kitchen and laundry room were well stocked. We did wish there was comfortable seating for all 4 of us to relax in on the deck. We liked to sit out there in the morning and evening.The location of this condo was great. It was easy to get around and see the sites.

We came for the bike trail and were so EXCITED when we saw our home for the weekend! This a a perfect place to stay and the view from our balcony was our favorite. The unit is spacious.
