The Staff was Great upon my arrival. The Renovations look Great, but Still No Working Ice Machines on multiple floors! All that money on new floors, furniture and decor, but can't get working Ice Machines kinda mutes the Decorum. I'll Be back next week for another stay. The Location is Ideal! Cost Is Very Reasonable too.

Lovely foyer, pleasant staff. Our room was on the 9th floor where reno is ongoing. Equipment outside the door, dingy grout, and the hammering started before we even had coffee.
