Clean place. 20 mins walk from the lake ferry point. Lots of restaurants and a Carrefour close by. Microwave, fridge, kettle all worked as advertised. Bathroom was adequate. Left luggage facility was super easy and convenient. Property does not have an elevator and walking up with a standard check-in suitcase will be super difficult.

The staff at residence Diaz was amazing! They went out of their way to make out check in fast and easy and communication with them was consistent and good. After our stay I privately mentioned that blackout curtains would be a good addition to the bedroom and immediately received a reply thanking me for my input and assuring me that would be done. The location couldn’t be better. It is close to shops and restaurants and an easy walk to the lakefront area. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

The apartment I rented was near the company office where I was warmly greeted and accompanied to the apartment itself. It was centrally located in Como, at street level and walking distance to the lakefront and the San Giovanni railway station. The unit was one large interconnected space (kitchen, sitting area and bedroom area with separate sink and toilet/shower room). It was clean, comfortable and included all the essentials, although there was no clothes washer or dryer.
