Miramare villa with pool. Amalfi Coast

The small villa is located in a quiet village on the Amalfi coast, Conca dei Marini, very close to Amalfi and a few kilometers from the other coastal centers. Surrounded by a lemon garden and surrounded by flower beds, guests can enjoy the terrace with a covered area in front of the living area. The materials and finishes of the building are particularly valuable and at the same time make it a solid structure. It has a swimming pool with solarium rarely shared by the owners who live nearby, parking for one car, two elements that are difficult to find in the area that make Villa Miramare a particularly comfortable structure for a totally relaxing holiday. The nearest beach is 1.5 km from the house, with a final stretch of stairs, it is not very crowded but equipped with bars and restaurants. For a beach with more services and easier to reach you can choose Lido Capo di Conca with a shuttle service to and from your accommodation. The swimming pool for 2019 is open until October.

Spectacular Amalfi Coast Retreat with an Outstanding host

Our stay at Federico’s property on the Amalfi Coast was absolutely magical! The home is stunning—perched perfectly to offer breathtaking views of the coastline. Every morning, we woke up to the serene beauty of the sea, and the evenings were spent enjoying sunsets that looked like they belonged in a postcard. The property itself is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were plush, and the outdoor spaces were ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day of exploring. What truly set this experience apart was Federico. He is an extraordinary host—kind, attentive, and always available to ensure our trip was seamless. Wonderful property!

August in Conca drive Marini

Large 2 bedroom separate house with additional bedroom loft with private pool (shared with owners) and own gated parking space). Was very nice and we very rarely saw the owner who have a house on the property. Convenient location with a few nice restaurants within walking distance and small market. Close to Amalfi. We did have car - finding parking when going to Amalfi/Positano was difficult but we also went up to Solerno (worth a day trip). Federico was very helpful and when a medical issue came up he was a godsend to send us to the right place. We would stay there again. Only drawback was air conditioning didn’t work well in loft bedroom, luckily we didn’t use that area. But it is Amalfi in the summer.

Do NOT miss this Villa

Federico, the host made this a better vacation. The Villa is stunning and the perfect place in southern Italy to escape crowds and find peace, quiet and real relaxation. The pool became a gathering place for cocktails, conversation, playing in pool and sunbathing. Everything about this Villa is one of those places you see in your dreams of southern Italy. The view of the Mediterranean was a dream. We walked to the local restaurant and market in 10 minutes. It really is perfection. Federico and Maria Joanna, made a home 4 course meal at their home for us. Federico is a professional cook/chef and Maria is a sommelier. The meals and wine pairing were just right for a summer evening in southern Italy and a perfect ending to our stay. You will not find this level of hospitality most rentals. Ciao.

Amalfi Coast Vacation

We loved our stay at this beautiful home/oasis during our quick visit to the Amalfi Coast. Our host Federico was most gracious, attentive and helpful with any questions or requests that we made. The view of the water, especially from the upstairs bedroom, the beautiful flowers, lemon trees and wonderful pool really provided us with a beautiful respite.

Andiamo Villa Mira Mare!!

This is one of the best vacations we have ever had, and it was because we enjoyed a peaceful and tranquill stay at this WONDERFUL Villa in Conca Dei Marini. The accomodations were perfect, and the hosts, Assunta and Federico, could not have been more gracious and helpful. Everything was PERFECT. The Villa was well-stocked, immaculately clean and within walking distance of a small grocery and great restaurants. The pool was a delight after our daily adventures. We wll be returning next year!!

Ideale Lage zum Erkunden der AmalfikĂŒste. Mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Schöne StrĂ€nde, teils mit Shuttleservice. Sehr schöner Pool am Haus. Überdachte Terrasse zum FrĂŒhstĂŒcken. Tolle, unkomplizierte Gastgeber die jederzeit ansprechbar waren und sich gekĂŒmmert haben. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

You won’t want to leave

Our family of 5 stayed here for 6 nights in June and loved our stay. The weather was hot, so having the pool to use was a huge bonus. We slept comfortably in 2 bedrooms plus a loft. The one bedroom has 3 twin beds, which is great for kids. The hosts did a great job with everything. They even left us fresh lemons and food and snacks for us. The view of the sea from the villa is gorgeous. We ate at Le Bonta del Capo 3 times. It’s an easy 5 minute walk from the house, has excellent food and service, and is reasonably priced. There’s a market in the same building where we got food and supplies. The villa is built into the hill, so you’ll spend lots of time climbing stairs to go up to the pizza place or down to the marina. We got to see fireworks a couple of nights and a marching band went right by the villa for Sant’Antonio day. Lovely villa and town.

Perfect Villa, Perfect Host

This is our second time staying at this villa in Conca. It is wonderful, and Assunta and her family are so warm and welcoming. Having a dedicated parking space at the villa, inside the owner's gate, is a huge plus for seeing all that the Amalfi Coast has to offer. Our trip was in late October, and Assunta made sure that the pool was still open for us for our entire trip. And so many homes on the Amalfi Coast require climbing steps to access; this home is street level with only a few steps between the door and road/parking, making walks to the grocery or local dining establishments easy! We hope to keep coming back, and enjoying all the hospitality that Conca and Assunta offers!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wonderful Apartment

This is a fantastic rental apartment in the heart of Conca for a small group of 2-5 people. First, the location is perfect between the high and low roads of the Amalfi coast, with easy access to the restaurants, buses and beach. The pool is amazing - perfect size for the unit, and a wonderful amenity after a day in the sun. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning works great. Assunta was very responsive, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I am a frequent Homeaway user, and this is one of the best rentals I have encountered. I hope to return and stay for a longer duration. Fantastic!
