Finding the property was a little tricky even with google maps. The elevator was temporarily unavaliable when I first arrived and my room was on the second floor. The problem, whatever it was, was resolved quickly. The remote control required the hand strength of a blacksmith to operate and the choice of channels was limited. The egg selection for breakfast was disappointing i.e., nothing fresh. The oatmeal was prepared with too much water. I figured out a way to drain the excess water from my bowl and was satisfied with what I had prepared.

When I arrived at the check in counter, a sign said 'back in 5 minutes'. 15 minutes later, with four people waiting, staff finally showed up. No mention of 'sorry to keep you all waiting'. It was pretty off-putting.

We’ll be back

A very quiet location tucked away behind a small mall and close to the freeway. The receptionist was friendly and check in was a breeze. We noticed right away upon entering our room that it was super clean and the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Well stay here again for sure.

This hotel was exactly what I needed. It was an excellent location and very convenient. The staff were great. They were responsive and helpful. The room was very comfortable and roomy.
