Luxury Three Bedroom Home with Amazing Views Near Sedona & Wineries

Retreat to the comfort of our newly renovated and fully equipped home. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Verde Valley while relaxing on the deck with your morning coffee. Meanwhile, the kids can play in the game room which has an arcade! Our home is the perfect spot to start your next family adventure or a wine excursion with friends!

Located in Cottonwood with easy access to all local amenities. Located 15 minutes from Sedona/Jerome and centrally located to the majority of the wineries.


The space
The home is newly renovated and has all the luxuries and modern touches anyone would need to relax. The home has two floors; the upstairs hosts the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, full bathroom, two bedrooms, and a living room. The downstairs hosts the family/game room, additional bedroom, additional full bathroom, and mudroom.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has everything you need to start your next culinary adventure. It comes fully equipped with an oven/range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender/food processor, toaster/air-fryer combo, drip coffee machine, and electric water kettle. The pull drawers are soft close and have internal lighting to easily identify contents. There are full sets of dinnerware and cutlery to accommodate all guests. Additionally, there are wine glasses, and mugs of varying sizes for coffee or tea. The beverage area does include raw sugar, alternative sweeteners, and single use honey for drinks. The kitchen has an island for food preparation, storage and dining.

Dining Area:
The kitchen island can comfortably seat up to 8 people in addition to the preparation area closest to the appliances. This makes it the perfect space to host a meal or have a game night!

Bathrooms:
The home has two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each bathroom comes stocked with bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. Additional amenities include floss picks and cotton swabs.

The upstairs bathroom has a dual vanity, luxurious soaking tub with wooden bath caddy, walk-in shower, and toilet with Japanese style bidet. The bidet is easily controlled with side panel and has the capabilities to adjust water pressure, water direction, water temperature, heated seat levels, and air dryer.

The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and single vanity.

Bedrooms: The home has three bedrooms for use, two upstairs and one downstairs. All the bedrooms have room darkening blinds installed in them. The upstairs has a room with a king bed, closet nightstands with charging stations and office space for use. The office space in this bedroom has a desk and comfy chair for use. The other upstairs bedroom has two twin beds, closet and shared night stand. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, night stands, and closet.

Living Spaces: There are two interior living spaces, an upstairs living room and a downstairs family/game room. The upstairs living room has two sofas, entertainment area with smart TV with Roku, and end tables with built-in USB charging spots and outlets. The space also has a wood burning stove for use when the weather is cooler (county fire restrictions may prohibit). The downstairs family/game room has a oversized sofa and loveseat, ottoman, huge 75" smart TV with Roku, arcade cabinet with over 1000 games, dart board, board games, small mini fridge, and microwave. The downstairs space is perfect for a movie or game night!

Outdoor Spaces:

If outdoor living is more your style the home has a massive deck to star gaze or drink your morning coffee. The deck comes equipped with a large dinning table (seats 8), umbrella, BBQ grill with grill tools, and outdoor heater. There are two Adirondack chairs on the deck to take in the mountain views. There is also an outdoor firepit area with four Adirondack chairs and fire pit. The outdoor space is completely fenced in and plenty of room to run around or play cornhole. Cornhole boards will be setup and the bags will be stored in the game room in the cabinet with the board games.

Mudroom:

The mudroom is accessible through the downstairs entry way or the family room. It comes equipped with a full sized washer and dryer and we do include some laundry pods for use during your stay. There is also a utility sink in the laundry room as well.

Parking:

There is plenty of free parking on our property. The driveway can accommodate between 4-6 vehicles depending on their size.
Guest access
The entire home is available for use except a room downstairs that is used for owner storage.

You can access the home via the upstairs entryway or the downstairs mudroom next to the driveway. When parking there is a small amount of stairs to the front door from the driveway or you can enter via the downstairs entryway. The property has keyless entry and you will be provided the code with your check-in instructions two days prior to your check-in date.

**To use the keyless locks simply input your code to unlock the door, to lock the door ONLY press the top button, no code is needed to lock the doors.**
Other things to note
We do have a current pet policy in place. We allow one well behaved and housetrained pet at this time and it must be indicated at the time of booking. We do NOT allow cats ONLY dogs (allergy concerns). We respectfully ask that pets do not go onto ANY of the furniture. We do have an extra water and food bowl on site for use as well if needed. We also ask that all pet waste outside is cleaned up and placed in the outdoor trash receptacles before you check-out. Additionally, pet waste removal fees will be added if this is not done.
