Situated right in the centre of Cowes, walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, shops and Cowes beach is a 3 minute drive away.
Access is via stairs, there is no lift.
The apartment includes all amenities to make you feel at home, reverse cycle air-conditioning in the lounge area and Queen Bedroom which sleeps 2 people.
Lounge room has two sofa beds - king single size - sleeps 2, one bathroom with shower, bathtub, hand-basin and toilet, and washing machine with ironing board and iron.
The well lit kitchen includes all the appliances including a coffee pod machine, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, all utensils, crockery and pantry basics, adjoining a small dining room and lounge area with 2 comfy couches, and a small TV, DVD player and CD player and another reverse cycle air conditioner.
This property does not allow pets.
Spacious apartment on the first floor has a balcony and outdoor setting, (flight of stairs to enter) with secure gate, open parking in Bay 2.
Free wifi within complex.

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED
Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain number of guests staying at this property.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY 2024
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Great location, quite and comfortable

Good self contained quite and clean unit. Plenty of space and good amenities to relax. Walking distance to shops, beach and transport.

Good location in Cowes.

The location was central to shops and eateries. The unit was quite spacious for 2 people. The kitchen was well equiped with everything in working order. There was no insect screen on the balcony door which was disappointing. The unit receives the westerly afternoon sun but he 2 air con units worked well as we had a very hot few days in Cowes. There was very little room on the bathroom vanity to leave often-used toiletries. The undercover car space was very tight for our medium sized SUV. The complex was secure with locked gates and doors. We supplied our own linen, towels, bathmat, hand towels, and tea towel to save money on the booking.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a disgusting smell throughout the apartment which appeared to be coming from the bathroom. The mattress seemed very old and uncomfortable. Have stayed in this apartment before and it was not as bad on previous stay. The apartment had not been cleaned appropriately there was dirt on the floor and hair throuothe bathroom.
