Cowes Chapel Beach House

This fabulously presented Phillip Island beach house, a stones throw away from Cowes' famous front beach and its main street of shops and eateries.
The comfortable lounge room is nicely complimented with a digital TV.
The outdoor area is accompanied with plenty of seating to accommodate a large number of guests with a Webber BBQ sure to leave tongues wagging, alongside the entertaining area of the garden.
The 2 well presented bedrooms can cater for up to 5 guests with a queen size, triple bunk complimenting the properties comfortability.
The bathroom and toilet have been newly renovated with a large walk in shower. *the property has been freshly painted late August 2025,
The property is also pet friendly, so you are more than welcome to bring your furry friend along.
For those who want to keep fit whilst away, Cowes' local football oval, gym, tennis courts and walking tracks are all within close proximity to the property.
Parking available on the property, plus plenty of spaces available on Chapel St. An Evie Plugshare station is 400m for guests that need a charging station for their car.

This really is a lovely home, in a great location, that is perfect for your next holiday or weekend getaway!

Perfect size for a couple with 2 small dogs. Very comfortable. Kitchen, shower and toilet pretty clean. Lounge and dining neat but could do with a good dust and vacuum under tv cabinet and around skirting boards throughout. Very quiet and easy walk to shops. Very centrally located.

Great location for a family dog in Cowes! Very central location to shops beaches! The only downside was when we arrived, there were used towels and sheets on beds. We were told it is BYO for linen & towels and to leave the house as you found it. Therefore, it appears that the cleanliness is very much up to the guests before you. Luckily, aside from the laundry, the house was relatively clean. I would suggest more explicit instructions (especially around cleaning up linen if you use them as I am guessing from also reading prior reviews that not all people do this). We washed the sheets & towels and put them away so that hopefully the guests after us do not have this issue but can only hope that others after us will do the same..

Excellent location....Unfortunately the house was not clean at all. We had to vacuum on arrival.The decking was not able to be used as there were loose boards and a significant insect problem.On a positive, location perfect, amenities great, and well stocked all things considered.

Facilities were clean. The unit is well situated within walking distance to the shops and beach. The couch was comfortable and the extendable table very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The only disappointing aspect was the lack of a plug for the kitchen sink.

Close to Cowes city centre, and all local attractions,Clean Comfortable and well equiped with mall required ammenities. Excellent prompt communication from property manager. Easy check in and check out. Great little place from me and my 2 primary aged kids for a short 4 day stay.

Cosy unit - Perfect location

A very comfortable stay for our whole family, including our big furry baby. Easy walks to the beach and main street/shops/restaurants. Just what we wanted and needed. The owner is very accommodating and great with communication.

Clean, tidy, roomy. Close to main strip so can walk to all cafes.Comfy bed. Great spacious shower. Dog friendly, yes. But only grass out front , not in enclosed courtyard. Need to bring all things like sheets, pillow cases, towels, tissues, shampoo, soap. Car space as part of the unit, but a tight fit getting in and out. Overall, good place to stay .
