This absolute beach front apartment, with magnificent balcony is located on the 2nd floor, right opposite the beach on the Esplanade at Cowes,
Walk quickly to all cafe's, restaurants and shops. The property does not have a lift and access is by stairs only. It has one car space.
Cook a meal while enjoying the views the Cowes main beach has to offer.
This is the perfect location for a family holiday or a weekend away for the adults.
Enjoy all of the local attractions Phillip Island has to offer all of which are closely accessible.

NO LINEN SUPPLIED - Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival. NOT PET FRIENDLY

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

What a location!

Had a lovely weekend away with the girls. The apartment was clean with all the amenities we needed and the VIEW!! So close to the main street and the beach. We will be back for sure.

The apartment had great water views and balcony. For a place that sleeps 8 there were only 2 teaspoons. The door handle on the main bedroom is falling off but otherwise we had a great stay. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. Will come back again

Pretty average for the money

Location of property was great. Cleanliness and facilities average. Had to take our own linen and towels even when paying top dollar. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Really close to the beach but was a little dirty. There is a window between two bedrooms that need a curtain otherwise when one room has a light on the other is really bright. The bathroom fans are all connected so if someone turns on a fan in the toilet, the whole place can hear a loud fan. That was really annoying late at night. Linen is NOT provided and First National was not happy about providing linen and as such gave me one less set meaning the first night I had to sleep under a donna cover that was essentially dirty. That was really disappointing. I dont think they managed the property very well. There is no hair dryer either and the cushions in the lounge room were outdoor cushions and really uncomfortable. It was a great place to stay though. The walls are thin so you can hear almost every conversation from upstairs.

Great location!

Pros: The location: was so good to walk to dinner and the shops. Teens could come and go and we could watch them on the beach from the balcony. The view: It was lovely sitting on the balcony looking out on the water and pier, very relaxing. This was my favourite thing about the apartment Apartment: Was clean enough, suited 2 families quite well. Cons: Noisy inside Apartment, could do with either carpet or some rugs to help with acoustics. Some of the chairs outside you couldn't sit on as they were worn. Not a major issue as there were bench seats A curtain on the connecting windows between the bunk room and queen room would be great as it's quite bright when people in Queen room are trying to sleep. Overall these were just some additional features that would be great but will not stop us from staying there again. The view and location make this a great place to stay.

We spent a week here and it was amazing. Couple of issues but these were sorted out promptly by Real Estate agent. The close location to the main beach was so convenient as well as the shops and restaurants.

Dissappointed at condition

Property is in a nice location - but it was smelly(unaired) and dirty: floor in living room unswept - dirt in the corners etc. The stove top was uncleaned. The dishwashing brush was filty - seemed it had been used to clean a BBQ. The outdoor furniture was very dirty - hadnt been cleaned in weeks. For the price I would have expected a much better effort to clean and present the property. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect location for a Girls weekend away

This unit was very clean and spacious the location was right across the road from the beach with the best view of the beach from the balcony. We had a lovely stay and would definitely book again. Excellent place.

Great location, neat and tidy with 1990s fit out. Overall a positive experience just a couple of things to be aware of: 1. Could sleep up to 8, though Bedroom 3 with the 4 bunks in it was a bit strange - no real window, except a high one that took light via Bedroom 2. 2. The whole apartment. was noisy like the sound all around us (in and out) was amplified - does not seem to be well sound proofed.
