Right in the heart of Cowes, 1 of 4 quality brand new Apartments. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of living space. Walk downstairs right into the heart of Cowes, grab a coffee, a meal in any of the Cafe's Restaurants Cowes has to offer.
Even walk to the beach. Each Unit has 2 car parking spaces/boat parking. No WiFi. NOT PET FRIENDLY
All apartments are located on 2nd floor of complex. Unit 1 balcony faces the main street. No lift, stair access only.
Sleeps 5 -2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms
Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe.
Bedroom 2 - 3 x single beds
Porta cot and high chair available on request.
These units are fully self contained and provide linen and towels.
The property is fully self-contained with all kitchen equipment.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Great holiday apartment close to all the action!

Apartment was modern and spacious and in a fantastic location. Huge, well stocked kitchen and fantastic living area. Only drawback was the unpleasant smell in bathrooms which we think was coming from the drains in the showers. Should be easily fixed.

Prime location! Everything you need at your door step. The only things I would say this property needs is a DVD player (as the T.V is not a smart T V) with some in house movies. A bath tub would of been ideal in one of the bathrooms as it can be quiet difficult to bath children under the age of 2 in the shower.

Excellent location, beautiful space and magnificent value!

In short, this apartment was fantastic! I was a little sceptical at first, because the photos seemed to good to be true, but boy oh boy were we surprised when we entered this lovely apartment to find that the photos actually undersold how amazing this place actually is! It is located on the main street of Cowes, but Apt. #3 faces the carpark, meaning it is extremely quiet and no noise from the street permeates at night. There is also some of the hinterland and ocean visible from the balcony, which was a nice surprise. Parking was extremely easy, the kitchen and cutlery/utensils were fantastic, and we could not be happier with our experience. One small suggestion for improvement, if possible, is to include a vacuum cleaner rather than a carpet-sweeper, but this is a very, very minor thing. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and we would not even think of staying anywhere else on our next trip to Phillip Island!
