Our room had an awful smell and the front desk manager only offered a partial refund after several attempts of trying to rectify the situation. He did not seem professional and didn’t seem that he really cared. He blamed it on a long term stay that was in the room before we checked in…..something that I don’t believe he needed to share with us. He offered to move us to a downgraded room the following day for a higher cost which obviously wasn’t a fit solution in my mind. The next day he seemed more level headed and offered us a lateral move. The situation was handled in a poor manor, and I won’t be going back to this hotel the next time I’m in town.

I think they were the friendliest people that I have ever come across at a hotel. The only thing I don’t like is these taxes and the prices for hotels these days are pretty expensive and I would consider Airbnb.

One night in Cranbrook :-)

We booked room for 5, so we got separate bedroom with own bathroom. Nice living room, with pull out sofa bed, with kitchen and dining table. We stayed one night only but room is so Spacious that is more than enough for longer stay. Pool is clean, slide is good for kids and parents too. Overall, very good place to stay.

This is a Lovely Hotel. Room was huge with a couch and a desk. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Cranbrook.
