"The location of this house is the best Walk across the street and you are on the beach The amenities in the backyard are great! Don’t even need to leave the property We chose to get the pool heated and golf cart rental and it was a good call on both The pool water was perfect You can get to the grocery store and restaurants with the golf cart Although some minor updates could be done on property we really enjoyed our stay We would love to come back already!!"

"The property is very clean, the highlights include the big bedrooms with all king beds, living area, two final big bedrooms with bunk beds gives excellent space for kids or families visiting together. Third floor has separate living space and bar to hangout.The pool is well maintained, kids enjoyed the stay.7 mins walk to the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay, we would plan to book again on our next visit."

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! Ocean front and private beach area. The elevator was broken when we arrived on Saturday but the oawner was quick to respond and get it taken care of. We were within walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. We will definitely stay here again!!"

"The condo was clean and as expected from the listing. Communication with the owner was fantastic. He was kind and quick when I texted him with questions. I brought my son and his 8 friends for their senior spring break. There was enough room for all the boys to have beds and I had a little privacy in the front bedroom. I liked that I had my own sink and toilet and only had to share a shower with the boys. I loved being right on the beach and I could see the boys playing on the beach while I worked on my laptop on the balcony. We also loved the location on the beach- it was toward the end close to Henderson Beach Star park and much quieter than other areas of the beach. It was so nice to have chairs and an umbrella put out for us each morning. I would definitely stay here again! "
