Everything was great. This is a very modern property with nicely updated kitchen and bathroom. Everything works as it should. There’s a covered parking spot. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the little park a couple hundred feet from the house. We will stay here again if it’s available.

We had such an amazing time! We felt very welcomed and the place was so nice and sweet and laid back. Having security there 24 hours a day 7 days a week was a nice perk and the pool and hot tub were Amazing. The condo itself could not have been cuter, and the location right there on the channel was perfect for sunrises and sunsets. We are already trying to figure out when we can get back down there!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, spotless home in Cudjoe Key. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing family getaway. Melanie was wonderful—easy to reach, accommodating, and always quick to respond. The location was perfect and the home felt welcoming and well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Excellent Spot in the Keys

I don't have enough space to write the things I loved about this stay!! The house is perfect. Literally. The bathroom is adorable. The shower is awesome, the beds are PHENOMENAL!!! The views are amazing, the resort is perfect. I just loved everything. The couch was comfy, the dock box was full of stuff to use like snorkels and masks and noodles, etc. Thanks so much, Melanie. You've done a great job on your home. :)

Beautiful Home, excellent stay!

The house was perfect! Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Beach towels and beach chairs, fins and snorkels are ready to go!! Gated community and Security in the neighborhood made us feel safe. Pool and hot tub are GREAT! The canal was so relaxing. Small grocery store and boat ramp and dockage available in the neighborhood.Thoroughly enjoyed the trip! I’m going back!

Spent a wonderful week here with our teen daughter. Loved having the option of riding bikes down to the pool. The location was perfect, right between Key West and Marathon Key. We found fun adventures within a short drive each day. Also enjoyed getting to know other people who were staying in the gated community resort! We’d love to come back!

Property was well stocked with everything you need. Great location. Only minor thing was had to fill out same paperwork 2-3 times when checking in because they didn’t have it
 assuming it was a communication issue between host and security. All in all I would highly recommend.

Nice relaxing place to stay in the Keys

Stayed for a week at this charming VRBO with my husband and another couple. Plenty of space for all of us to enjoy. The house has everything you need. We didn't have time to use the kayaks but did use the bikes and also the new grill. Went to Key West for the day which is only a 20 minute drive from Venture Out. The heated pool at Venture Out is very nice....comfortable 88 degrees. The only thing we wish we would have known about is the list of activities at the resort. We didn't find out about them until our last day there. The guard at the check-in didn't give us a the list when we arrived in the evening. Maybe that is something that only the office has when you check in before they close for the day. The property manager for this unit was easy to get ahold of her via text. She responded promptly to any of my questions. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great location and nice neigh hood

My wife and I were down for the key west marathon. The place was great, beds very good good stock of pots and pans. We used the 2 person kayak which was very nice but it weights a ton hard to get out of water. Bikes were also great to use although a little beat up. I which their was a little more information on the area ,by the time we were getting comfy with the area we had to leave. Fishing poles would be a nice addition. Also I know we are the exception but if you don't have a cell phone the owner can be very difficult. Thanks we will definitely stay here again..

Gorgeous Key Get-a-Way!!

This place was beautiful. When staying in a rental, there can always be a little something that is not right or goes wrong. Nothing went wrong with this place. The master bed evidently has an older form top mattress that doesn't dissipate heat, so it you are warm sleeping you will want to sleep in the second bedroom. It's not quite as bad. You may want to bring your own King Sheets and pillowcases. They were very rough!! All in all, I would recommend this place! They seemed to have everything covered! Remember that you have to pay a $125 plus tax fee to the resort weather you stay one night or more. This is on top of your rent to the owner!
