Week Long Stay
We did a 6 day stay on Culebra and love the Melones area for the views and calm water. We stayed at Villa 2. The room is very elegant with a clean and comfy feel. The villa came with free wifi, direct TV, and access to Netflix (your account). AC worked fabulously at 72 degrees. The view is breathtaking and the balcony comes with an awning/sun shade that was perfect for noon lunches. Sunsets are perfect (just have Off on hand for the mosquitoes). The pool was a nice addition. Breakfast (yogurt, mango juice, prepackaged muffins) were included every morning and brought to the villa. Dinner is available for a price. We did Mussels and bread with Hummus and were not disappointed. Cost was about the same as any restaurant on the island. A jeep is necessary because of the steep hill but the view makes the extra cost worth it. Our hosts were kind and attentive. We would/will stay here again. Thank you!
