Great location near DFW with a free shuttle. The hotel has a modern, trendy vibe with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The lobby is lively with a bar and pool table. Limited food options and no in-room microwave, but overall a solid stay. 4/5 – Would book again!

Loved it!

I can’t wait to stay there again. The only thing I would like differently is a door where you could shower when you have a visitor. Next flight out of dfw we will stay there.

The front desk staff was rude, I waited 30 min at the bar to order a drink and food and the bartender never came out of the back. When I asked the front desk staff about it they said I should order door dash because the bartender is also the cook so he was probably in the back..cooking. As if I should know that and was just dumb. There were about 15 people at the bar l wondering the same

I came for an event and I can’t remember their names but the two woman there when I checked in made sure we had an easy check in, they were super informative, and my favorite part was them hyping us up every time we left for an event: they made us feel great. I highly recommend Aloft on Grapevine

I didn’t book the dates I booked for the weekend after this. I didn’t stay and contacted Expedia and hotel to tell them wrong dates. They proceeded to help me then turned around and charged my card with alcohol charges and I wasn’t even in Dallas. Unprofessional and Expedia a complete mess Big Disappointment, will not stay here now.
