The property was great! Nice quiet neighborhood, privacy fence, close to stores, restaurants, parks and beaches. The house was spacious with a master bedroom on one side of the house for extra privacy. The pool although at first seemed small, was big enough for the 4 adults to "play". The ability for heated or not heated was appreciated. Be sure to check out the shed for extra play items. we did not use the fire pit, but that seemed like a nice seating area, but we were too tired to enjoy. The kitchen was large enough for 3 ppl to help prepare/clean for meals with decent pots. pans and utensils in appropriately organized manner. There was an espresso pot with pods Keurig style with pods. And a surprise welcome choice of wine. The host was very communicative.. Our family has actually stayed here two times and I'm sure we'll be back.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.
