Great Relaxing Getaway!

We all LOVED staying here after our festival. The privacy beats a hotel anyday, and we thoroughly enjoyed being able to cook and sit outside. Alice & Trent were incredibly responsive and helpful. We would absolutely book this place again!

Great place to stay!

This is a great property with plenty of privacy and nature. Perfect place for a trip to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton. Close enough to plenty of stores and attractions and far enough away to get that rural and peaceful feel.

Adorable, peaceful cabin like house

10 out of 10 would recommend to stay year again! This little house is so cute, it has a cabin like feel and all of the amenities that you need! The place is super clean, the host even left us delicious homemade cookies! It is in the back Surrounded by woods with a pond, there’s also adorable string lights at night with a pretty patio overlooking the pond so it gives it such a romantic feel too! Thank you :))!!

We arrived late Friday and we're welcomed by the host with tasty homemade cookies and a nice tour of the property.The home us SUPER clean...beds were very comfortable and the entire place was just very welcoming. The property is beautiful and very peaceful.We REALLY enjoyed our weekend stay here and would absolutely return.Highly recommend!!

Awesome country setting

Amazing place to stay, out away from the hustle of town.. quiet country setting. Get to see the occasional horse and buggy.. right down the street is an amazing little Amish store. Amazing food
 I would definitely stay here again.. the host was also amazing.. stayed in touch with me, and allowed us an early check in.. thank you very much for everything!!!

Perfect location and atmosphere!

We had such a great time simply relaxing. The host couple was on premises but did not intrude to our time of getting away. When we needed anything they were extremely helpful. Highly recommend this place to anyone who'd like some time away to relax yet be fairly close to some of the surrounding activities.

Wonderful Spread

Nice, peaceful property in the middle of Amish Country. The hosts, who live onsite in another portion of the duplex, were very friendly and caring. Spacious area, beautiful views of the landscape, pond and trees. Will be my future choice of stay next time when I'm in the area.

I stayed there to watch the eclipse and it was the perfect location. The deck and pond were a perfect back drop. I could sit at the table in the mornings and watch the birds fluttering in the trees. The place is very spacious with lots of areas for people to hang out in. I found it to be a very quiet and relaxing place. The hosts were very nice and responsive when I had any questions. It was a great place. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Perfect Girls' Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our girls' weekend with 5 adult women. Everything was clean and comfortable. Alice and Trent were wonderful hosts. Communication with them was prompt, they were very friendly when we arrived, and even provided a little wagon to help with our luggage. The large dining table was perfect for a jigsaw puzzle, board games, crafting, and family style meals. The patio table was very peaceful with a beautiful view of the pond and the most charming tulip tree canopy. The kitchen was adequately stocked with necessary cooking utensils. We enjoyed shopping at nearby Lehman's Hardware and P Graham Dunn as well as lunch and ice cream at the Dalton Dariette. There are other restaurant options nearby as well. We highly recommend Mimi's Place for a relaxing getaway with family or friends!

Quiet Country Getaway

Absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful country retreat! I was impressed by how peaceful and serene the surroundings were. The property is nestled in a quiet area I especially enjoyed the lovely walking trail on the grounds. The space itself was incredibly spacious and homey, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The separate laundry and game room with a foosball table, there is a fairly good selection of board games, card games, and DVDs which was an added bonus, making it feel even more like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking, including a variety of appliances, and I was thrilled to find an Instant Pot available for use – it made meal prep so much easier! The bedrooms are roomy and the mattress wonderfully comfortable memory foam that was on the firmer side – just how I like it! I slept like a baby. The bathroom is spacious and well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, nice towels and the water pressure is good. The owner of the property was incredibly warm and welcoming, they even provided a wagon to help cart our belongings to the lower entrance, which made unloading and settling in a breeze. Overall, this stay was exactly what I was hoping for – a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient getaway. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in the countryside.

Best Stay Ever

Excellent accommodation. Everything that could have possibly been provided was there and thought about ahead of time. The place was lovely inside and out. Most peaceful and calming landscape. I can't think of a better place to have stayed. Hosts were perfect - very helpful when needed but not at all intrusive. Perfect stay!
