This hotel booked my room and took my money even though they have been closed for over a year. RIP OFF! Do not book a room. Expedia did refund and was very helpful
The place is overrated considering the condition of the resort. It needs rehab and refurbishing. If your looking for fun, adventure it's not the place to go.. If you want a place just to have a quite time then it is, but it's overpriced. I booked 2 nights of stay and cancelled the second night. The good side tho, its staff were accommodating and breakfast serve were good enough.
Was very disappointed when i arrived, only 1 of the water slides open and is not open all day , plus the noise of the water slide pump very loud .Resort requires a lot of maintenance . Room was very small i was glad i only stayed 2 nights not worth the money you pay .

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
It's nice place for family dihos
I stayed there with my family 4 adult and 2 children in 1 big room and we feel comforteble
Very family friendly place to stay, rest and relax
A very good resort for families who love water sport. The 3 things I love the most are the Gigantic Slides, the infinity pool and also the zip line. The staff are also very friendly, and they are always available when you need help or any assistance. A very good resort that I'll surely recommend and go back to stay again.
The staff are friendly and helpful and do their best to make the 'resort' presentable to visitors. However, it is difficult to ignore the lack of a decent beach, the flies, the tiny 'Infinity Pool', the awful food and the mind-numbing techno pop music blaring from two huge speaker cabs near reception. To be fair, they do vary this by blaring out Bryan Adams from time to time. The Jazmin rooms claim to sleep 5 people, but the rooms are small. When an extra three mattresses are added to the room there is no floor space. The bathrooms are old and pokey, but seem to be clean even if the doors suffer from lack of oil and don't close properly. There is a kettle for tea and coffee making, but no actual tea or coffee provided. Some basic toiletries are provided such as a dental kit and soap. The aircon works well if a little noisy. The rooms are highly priced probably to cover the cost of the super slide, which is included and armbands provided for unlimited access. I have seldom had worse food or cocktails anywhere and I have travelled widely. Best to bring your own food. However, the locals seem to love the place and one can wallow in the sea pools at high tife if you don't mind stepping on sharp coral and seaweed on your way in. Kids don't mind bad food and modern accommodation and will love the kiddies' pool.
Do not ever get the Jazmin rooms. The room are OK, but the comfort rooms are completely disgusting. Mold, mildew, dirt everywhere. The door are rooted through. They have a really bad smell.

Basic accomodation with good pool & beach.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Booked a room for four adults but only one double bed in room when we arrived but they soon added extra beds.
The pool was very clean and had a lifeguard. The beach is adjacent to pool and is also clean. The bar service was good and the food mostly good. The resort has a boat shuttle to Davao and is cheap.
Not at all recommended- no matter what..
I booked for 2 nights but stayed only 1 and checked out even though i lost a night's amt. Food is pathetic and service as bad. Unfriendly staff . Rooms are like3rd grade lodging. much better is to go to paradise which is beside this .. You will love it and the price difference is hardly any.
My family and I stayed at the Bluejaz Resort this past weekend (1/20/12 - 1/22/12), and in my opinion it was like paradise! I highly recommend it! I'm an American man who is pretty picky about cleanliness, comfort, good food and good service, and I've traveled alot in my years, but this place tops them all. The staff there are hands-down the nicest, most accommodating, most eager to please, and the most genuinely friendly and respectful I have ever experienced, and the accommodations and food were top-notch. And the place is gorgeous!
Enjoyed our stay there. Paritcularly liked the welcome Drums as the people arrived on the ferrys.
The atmosphere was good and the food and service was excellent
Felt like this was run by 6th graders. No lie. It took 4 people to find the television had a separate remote, 3 people to change the combination of the safe. The safe was not bolted down. Convenient for the thief to have all your valuables in one place. The remote for the cable box had a range of 3 feet. Hardly worth having a remote. The fridge smelled like someone stored a skunk in it. The resort was not nice. The room was ok, not clean or dirty, just average. The room was big.
Blue Jaz, like many hotels in Philippines, does not live up to the promise of its website. For the most part, the hotel was scruffy and run-down and was clearly aimed at the local day visitor market rather than international tourists. That said, the Fiji rooms were clean and well appointed, though not all of the advertised facilities were working. In particular, our TV stopped working after the first day and was still broken after a week and the WiFi connection was unreliable - either slow or not working at all. The restaurant was also disappointing - a limited selection of food and unimaginative cooking. Nevertheless, for the price it was a pleasant place to stay for a few days of relaxation.
The accommodation is just terrible shower and toilet of a 3rd world country. No tea coffee TV with 4 channels no housekeeping if staying more than a day. Now for the good side If staying for just a day and not overnight you should enjoy yourself as long as not raining. When tide out the swimming pool so small just overcrowed and not worth using, For a day's visit yes would go just for the experience but certainly not to spend a night or two.
When you arrive manila airport, you need to be transferred to the other side of the airport. Don't wait for the free shuttle as it will take you 30 min or more in waiting, and you may miss the flight to Davao! Instead, take the cab, it costs only 2 dollars!
