The staff was nice, and the location is good. The room was old with peeling wall paper and damaged furniture. Clearly anyone can get into the elevator banks because I found 5 flyers for pizza and food delivery. Which made me worry about safety. I'm not going back, clearly no one cares about the quality of the rooms.

Pro: Cross the street from convention center and on the beach. Restaurants around it, Starbucks and other coffee shop inside of hotel. Con: Self parking lot is cross the street. If you want to drop off family and luggage, there is long line to even pull up to hotel for busy time. Self parking is $35, valet $50. Be aware. Hotel and rooms are outdated. Hotel is pretty big, if your room is north side, you have to walk bit to get to elevator. So you park car, then to your room might take 15 min. If you don’t have healthy legs, something to think about. Crowded season, and busy time, there is long line to get to elevator. I wrote long con, but convenient for convention event is worth it for us.

THE STAFF WERE ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL! THE BUILDING WAS CLEAN! THE ROOM DIDN'T HAVE A MICROWAVE TO REHEAT FOOD OR MY WIFES POPCORN. THE FRIG WAS VERY SMALL AND SITTING VERY LOW ON THE FLOOR. THE ROOM DESK HAD NO CHAIR. THANKS
