Property appeared to be fairly new. When the front desk told me they have been there for 3 years, I was truly impressed. Everything was clean and the staff worked hard to keep the grounds appearing as new.

THE PROPERTY AQNED STAY WAS GREAT, UNFORTUNATLY THE RES WAS MADE FOR 2 DAYS AUG 11 / AUG 12 @ POSTED 126.00 / 129.00. tHE CONF. LISTED THE TOTAL 299.00. iMMED. CALLED travelocity AND TRHEY ATTEMPTED TO TALK TO HOTEL SUPERVISOR TO RESOLVE, CANCEL AND REBOOK.. UNABLE TO DISCUSS W/ HOTEL SUPERVISOR AND SAID A HOTEL SUPER WOULD EMAIL OR CALL ME... THEY DID NOT. CALLED HOTEL NEXT AFTERNOON.. EXPLAINED AGAIN WHAT HAPPENED BUT EVENTUALLY HE SAID SINCE THE RESERVATION WAS MADE BY A THIRD PARTY ( traveocity ) THEY COULD NOT ALTER OR CHANGE THE RESERVATION, IT WOULD HAVE TO BE DONE BY travelocity WHO HAD ALREADY TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT ... ULTIMATLY ENDED UP ONLY STAYING THE ONE NIGHT @ $299 INSTEAD OF THE 2 NIG..HTS WE ORIGINALLY BOOKED, PROBABLY WILL NOT USE

ten dollars per day for parking at property is insane, when room was reserved it stated that taxes and fees was included upon checkout was taxed every day for the parking fee and the room charge. need to create a larger area for smokers or allow balcony smoking.

After arriving at the hotel, no reservations were found from travelocity, wath a nightmare. We had to wait for more than 1hr. Wi will never use this agent again. We had a online confirmation.
