The front desk was very accommodating. The first room giveen was terrible. Door lock was broken, floors and glass windows dirty, walls look like they were being repaired. Think place was being renovated. They did give us a new room and that was satisfactory except the floor was pretty dirty. Not sure if they wash them.

There was a hole in my wall , my AC was leaking , my coffee pot was old and didn’t work well . My room was not made on 1 occasion . The humidifier was making a beeping noise and they never came to fix it . But the view was amazing .

Horrible experience

We were shocked at the poor condition of the building and 2 rooms we rented. Nothing is as pictured or described, everything is worn down towels look and feel like rags, the private balcony was actually a walkway for everyone to access the stairs, outdoor furniture was broken and dirty. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was great every day! The flower shops next to the Hotel will make your walk pleasant. So close to the train station and bus stops. Walkable to various important spots. Beds were comfortable! Staff was super nice :) 100% recommend. Will stay here again.

We stayed here several years back for our anniversary, so we decided to go again based on that visit. We booked the same ocean-front Jacuzzi room. Price had gone up but that was expected. This is an edited review, as my first version hit the 1500 character limit, so I'll do my best to cover all the points. Poor maintenance - electronic door lock severely corroded due to salt air, very difficult to get to work, took 5-6 tries on each entry. Room darkening curtains could not darken the room due to their sad imitation of Swiss cheese - sooo many holes, looked like moths had a hay day. Jacuzzi control only partially worked - could not adjust the intensity level, and the only way to turn it off was by the wall switch, which you had to stand up to reach. Chaise lounge chairs outside on the pool deck were battle worn - so many of the vinyl straps were broken you could hardly sit in them. Supposedly a smoke free property with two designated smoking areas, but not enforced (as told to me by the front desk clerk) due to lack of staffing. Such a dramatic difference from our first stay. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

The room serviced its purpose but I wasn’t super impressed. The floor was dirty and there was a bettle in the bathroom. Other than that it was good. . It was furnished in modern way. With a rainfall shower head, high backboard with padding and a glass bowel sink. It’s super close to the beach. The views were absolutely gorgeous in the morning and you are so close to it .

No one there

We drove from Cincinnati ohio and arrived in the middle of the night around 1230am and no one was at the front desk to check us in. We waited about 20 minutes and rang the bell that says ring for help and no one came. There was a list of rooms that need cleaned with a key card so luckily we were able to use the key card to get in. They didn't notice we were there until almost 830am when the front desk called asking how we got into the room. They never explained where their employee was and we were up until 430am and our room was right by the front desk so we checked one last time before we went to bed and no one was at the desk still. We had access to keys, the money, and everything. Lucky for you we aren't raggedy people. We were offered no explanation and given no apology.

The hotel is right on the beach. Definitely need more tables and umbrellas by the pool. Other than that, great stay!
