Direct Ocean Front on the No Drive Beach, South Daytona Beach Shores. 1 Mile South of Dunlawton Bridge. Close to restaurants and Pet Friendly Ponce Inlet. 1 dog under 20lbs allowed. Super Large Pool deck. Heated Pool. Ramp and Steps to the Beach. Exercise Room, Sauna. Second Level Sun Deck on the West side of the complex. Close to grocery stores and shopping malls. Very Nice area!! Great for kids, shuffleboard, basketball, pickleball and tennis courts.

Renting a boat and a fishing pole is our favorite thing to do. Don't worry they will show you everything you need to know. It is best if you have driven a boat before, if not I'm sure someone can help you.

Plenty of things to do after the sun goes down, miniature golf, movies, ice cream and shopping. Going up to the main street pier to see the Bandshell is a lot of fun, with plenty to do in one location.

The communication with the owners was A! This condo could not have been more perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with “ cooking tools”. Everything from cutting boards to air fryers. You only needed yourself to complete the perfect stay! Our little 6 pound poodle was happy too and enjoyed her time on the balcony watching the ocean with us! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Restoration of the Beach

The property was beautiful and restful, but there was restoration of the beach the entire week that we were there. Lots of noise and interruption disruptions on the beach, dump trucks, and and earthmovers, and it was very very disruptive.
