We were welcomed with clear and complete access instructions, and a hot cocoa welcome basket! This condo is super clean, well decorated, and has the best ocean view! My 3 kids and I loved the ample space and beach convenience. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We would love a return stay!

Nice condo complex

Opus is a nice condo complex with good amenities. Our condo was nice and big. It’s was very clean. All 5 beds are very uncomfortable and should be replaced with something that reflects the price we paid for the condo. The master bed is a 4”-5” memory foam on what appears to be an old box springs. The master bathroom shower fixtures could be upgraded. If the condo complex is very busy parking can be a major issues. You are only allowed 2 vehicle which is fine if everyone followed the rules but we all know it doesn’t always happen. People will park in your assigned parking in the garage. But we seen a few cars get towed. At times there is no parking available on the property because people don’t follow the rules. Over it’s an ok condo but I have stayed in better at this property.

Fantastic property for our “girls” trip.

If you need a great condo, this is it!This was a family trip with my mom and aunt (they are in their 70’s & 80’s) for my mom’s birthday. The elevator and ramp to the beach were important and worked out perfectly for them. The unit is roomy and comfortable. Furnishings and beds were comfortable. The view is gorgeous. Minor suggestions:I don’t want to subtract a star but more comfortable patio furniture would have been nice. We had to buy (and left) a can opener. The electric one there didn’t work. Also, black out curtains in the bedrooms would have been appreciated by me—i like to sleep in a dark room. All in all, communication with the management company was quick and easy. We would not hesitate to rent here again. My mom LOVED her birthday trip! There is a dollar general right across the street and winn dixie a couple blocks away. The parking garage is enclosed and codes are required to enter the building. We felt very comfortable safe.
