***Important Building Update: Exterior Painting Project (May 2025 – Estimated Spring 2026)***

Please note that our building will be undergoing a scheduled exterior painting project beginning May 2025, lasting approximately 8–12 months. This is part of routine maintenance done every 10 years to keep the property in top condition.

What to Expect:
~ Work will be done one stack of units at a time.
~ During painting, balconies will be temporarily closed for approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on weather and progress.

Balcony Access:
~ Because the schedule changes weekly based on weather and contractor pace, we cannot guarantee balcony access for any specific unit during your stay.

Pro Tip Before Booking:
~ Message us first to get the most current timeline update for your desired dates—we’ll be happy to check if balcony access is expected to be available for your stay.

THE UNIT:

This is a beautiful sunset view 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit with breathtaking views of the sunset (no ocean view).

This unit features a gourmet chef inspired kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and every piece of cookware your heart could desire to make you feel right at home. There is also Weber electric grill on the balcony for anyone who likes to grill while on vacation.

The dining area has a bar top with seating for 3 and a high top dining table with seating for 6.

This unit features a huge master suite with a king bed and master bathroom with a large walk in shower, a large garden tub, His / Her sinks, and a private entrance to the balcony. Inside the master suite is a large smart TV with cable, walk in closet, and a futon.

In the second bedroom, it boasts a double bed with a twin over full bunk bed (sleeping 5 to this room is possible). There is also a large flat screen tv with cable, and a private entrance to the balcony and the guest bathroom.

The living room features a matching couch/loveseat combo and an accent chair. There is a 55” flat screen cable smart tv in the living room as well as a balcony entrance.

The balcony has gorgeous views of the sunset and the intracoastal waterway where you can gather with your friends and family in the extremely comfy outdoor furniture.

***AMENITIES***

The complex boasts a beautiful oceanfront fitness center complete with cardio equipment that has little TV's attaches, full lifting equipment, and a hot sauna. There is a sun porch with patio seating for over 12 guests on the western sun side. The oceanfront community room has enough seating for multiple families and features a 70” flat screen tv with cable and a billiards table.

There is a conference center with A printer for those of you who work while on vacation.

The pool is a 80 ft. heated infinity pool overlooking the ocean and on the opposite end Is an infinity jacuzzi for those who enjoy the spa life.

This undoubtedly one of the most beautiful units in all of Daytona Beach. The condominium itself is the most luxurious Daytona beach has to offer.

*****OTHER THINGS TO NOTE*****

Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25)

1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.

LATE CHECK IN FEE:
This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest.

PARKING:
~ ONE garage spot with 6'7ft clearance guaranteed.
~ ONE garage access pass to the first come first serve spots in the lower garage (6'7ft) for a second vehicle (If the complex is full parking for a second vehicle may not be available)
~ If your vehicle does not fit in the garage you will have to find other parking accommodations.
~ NO THIRD VEHICLES.
~ NO TRAILERS.
~ NO OUTDOOR PARKING ON SITE.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

HOUSE RULES:

1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)

2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.

3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.

4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.

5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.

6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.

7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.

8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).

9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)

10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.

11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.

12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.

13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)

14. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one unreserved spot in the garage. (unreserved spots are limited) No outdoor parking available.

15. Checkout is 10am.

16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.

We loved our stay here! The location is great, within walking distance for restaurants/groceries and being right on the beach made it very convenient. Daytona Turkey Run 2023

This was our second time staying in this unit. The unit is as pictured and the kitchen is stocked with anything you could need to cook with. The access to the beach is currently blocked off as the Condo has not yet repaired it from storm damage so you have to walk outside to the general beach access instead of from the pool area.

Our stay was Saturday to Saturday we had great communication with Lucas, the property manager for responsive to text messaging and email. I encourage anyone reading this to be sure you read the listing and it’s entirety so that way you know what you are getting. The excitement of your arrival may lead you to forget some things that you otherwise might have read. There are many beach amenities in the condo, but check with the manager prior to your travels in case you intend to bring some with you. The lack of Oceanview does not take away from that experience. If you are like us, you won’t spend much time in the condo. Beach access was easy and much enjoyed.

Wonderful Condo

We have never vacationed in Daytona before this stay. The condo was gorgeous! The kitchen was great. I loved sitting outside on the deck. I loved that we did not have to bring bath towels, beach towels or beach chairs. The only 2 things I would tell people to be aware of is this; you cannot enter the building without a key fob to let you in. They only give you 2 fobs, but the unit sleeps upwards of about 12 ppl. So you must be prepared to figure out how that many individuals can come and go on 2 fobs. I did text this problem to the property manager and although he responded promptly to my concern, he said that the association only allows 1 fob per bedroom. We have never vacationed at a property that did not have keypad access, so we had to rearrange how we could come and go. That was challenging. I now know to ask about this before committing to a unit. I would also suggest the mattress in the primary bedroom be replaced. It sinks drastically in the middle. My husband had to sleep on the pullout chair. That being said, it really was clean and spacious and we really enjoyed Daytona.

Absolute Gem!!

This condo was everything we could have asked for and more!! It is huge and being that we flew, it was very well stocked with everything we couldn’t bring with us. Beach chairs, towels and a cooler for the beach, and a well stocked kitchen. There is a grocery store only a half mile away. Lucas (the property manager) was incredibly attentive and easy to contact with questions. We had a GREAT experience!

It's the little things

The condo unit was amazing. There were only a few small things that could have been better. First of all, the kitchen was beautiful and the up to date appliances were breath taking...but, we never figured out the microwave. But we made it with the 30 second Express button. Then, the small supply of all paper goods. We did not know we were going to have to make a grocery run for paper towels, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper.....we could have brought these items from home if we knew they would not be provided except for one washing. The beautiful master bath, well the sauna bathtub does not work and there is very very little hot water that goes to that shower. We showered in the other room but that tub was hard to get into and out of due to no rails at all to hold onto Like the title says, it was just the little things that would have made it the best trip ever. But, we had fun and enjoyed our stay at this very nice condo unit. Thank you
