This cozy 40-square-meter apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is located on the first floor of a building in a prime location: just a 4-minute (300-meter) walk from the Deiva Marina train station and a 3-minute (200-meter) walk from the public beach. All major amenities are less than a 5-minute walk away: supermarkets, cafes, and pharmacies.

The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed and a closet.

- LIVING AREA with a double sofa bed, TV, and dining table with chairs.

-KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, and various kitchen utensils;

-BATHROOM with shower stall, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (1 split unit), washing machine, independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hair dryer.

The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to keep in mind

7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Deiva Marina, amounting to EUR 1 per night per person, to be collected in cash for the first 7 nights.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C
