Very disappointed, the night before we left we found blood on both comforters. We did not see it prior because it was covered by the duvet. Went to the front desk and we had to change our own bedding. We were told a manger would contact us. Waited two days with no phone call. I emailed the general manager and included pictures, he responded and stated he would review our reservation and get back to us. Six days later he still not contacted us. My thoughts are he does not believe or thinks we got the blood on the comforters. I understand things happen when running any business, but the lack of communication from the management team is poor leadership!!
