The house was so amazing and super clean, my favorite part was the shower! We spent 2 nights here with our 2 kids and everything was perfect in distance. I was nervous to stay in a hotel with a 2 year old and 6 year old with autism, so this was absolutely perfect for us! Would definitely come back again!

We loved everything about this home. Such a warm welcoming atmosphere. So fresh and clean and there was everything we needed to cook a few nights. The bedroom is large and plenty of space to unpack. The bed is so comfortable. The shower was lovely! And a washer and dryer was a plus. The host was super responsive. We walked the neighborhood several times and felt very safe. Absolutely Lovely

We stayed overnight on a trip headed East. We loved it, and booked it for our trip back through on our way home. Clean, comfortable, nice area. It's a separate building, allowing for privacy. There's a wonderful little "business district" with stores, restaurants and bars within a vrey short drive. Absolutely would recommend.

Nice Guest House in a Quiet Neighbourhood

We really enjoyed this spot as a home base for exploring the Denver area. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evenings. The place was bright, clean and well equipped. There were no issues and the host was very nice. Great value for the price.

Great Little Denver Suburb Stay

If you're looking for a rural, small-town getaway on the outer edge of Denver, this is the place. Close enough to I-25 that you can easily get to anywhere around Denver, but far enough away that you're not dealing with tons of traffic.

“Tranquil and serene”

Great accommodations. My wife and I stayed here for our 13th anniversary. It is in a perfect location for all the major attractions……Colorado Springs is an hour and a half south and Estes Park and RMNP is a little over an hour northwest. Great neighborhood. Easy to find. Will be staying here in the future as long as it’s available.
