The place reeked like pot when we walked in. The staff were unprofessional. There seemed to be not a care in the world that it was a party hotel. It was extremely loud in the hallways and especially across the hall from our room. Finally around 11:30. It got a little bit quieter and we went to bed. I was woken up at 3:30 in the morning to people fighting and being belligerently drunk in the hallway and slamming their doors. I got up to try to call down to the front desk to ask them to be quiet but the room in our phone didn’t work. There were ethnic hairs all over the place. I really think it was a problem with the way, laundry is done. When I was drying with a towel, hairs were all over my body. It was disgusting!

Nice, Stay, Decent clean rooms! Went on Saturday, The pool and Hot tub was taken over by a whole bunch of kids , and I mean little kids, No chance for any adults to enjoy the hot tub!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Kids ran through the halls all night knocking on doors & running away. Where were the parents?? A lot of foot traffic all night with doors opening & closing all night long. Our thermostat did not work in our room. It kept flipping from heat to A/C…too much for the money I paid. THE GHETTO!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

Listed below are a few challenges we encountered. Room: Not properly cleaned. There were stains and unclean food/beverage juice on the area above the microwave. The desk was a little dirty as well. The bedding did not fit well, seemed as if it wanted to come off. Staff: The lady at the front desk was not presentable. I understand she was not feeling well but it was evident she was sleeping in the back area. Her hair was disarrayed. She could use sick days. Guest: Kids were running up and down the hall after 11:00pm. It was my worst hotel experience thus far. This was surprising for the Marriott's name. I understand you are not able to control your guest behavior; however, they should have been put out of the hotel so others could rest. When I called the front desk the lady said they are loud again! So I assume someone else reported it as well. If it's a continued behavior why not have them leave since it's disturbing others.

They said that since I arrived Thursday they didn’t come back Friday to clean up. Then water was cold . Some young people stayed there being really loud in the hallways and nothing was done about it. Ridiculous breakfast. Eggs were horrible

Poor Service/No service

Room was initially clean. Room service never showed up on evening two. Bed were not made, garbage was not dumped. There were no fresh towels and washcloths. We I called for new towels, I was told I had to come and pick them up. When I went to pick them up I was given a couple of mis-matched sets and told they call me when clean towels came out of the dryer. Of course, I never got the call

This hotel was horrible from the moment we pulled up. There were people working on cars, and standing around drinking in the parking lot. The location is undergoing a repaint and still at 7:00 pm on a Friday the front was still taped off with tarps that created a maze to enter. Front desk staff was great. He asked if i was checking in and I explained to him that without even seeing the room, that this location doesn't work for me, he asked why and I explained I don't feel safe and shared why. He said he understood and would cancel the reservation with no penalty. They have a lot of investmemt and improvement to make that a reputable location again.
