"Room was clean if somewhat tired. Had issues making the shower work. WiFi was good if annoying having to constantly sign in. Front desk staff were really nice especially the lady from Haiti and one who spoke Portuguese (sorry not good with names). Breakfast was sufficient for continental"

"Fabulous large suite and the hotel manager very kindly gave us a two bed unit for more wardrobe space. Nice Italian restaurant and bar and coffee shop serving a range of pastries. "

"Small, cramped, elevator is a disaster. The beds do not have comforters. Only two sheets and a thin blanket in between them. 2 elevators that are extremely slow. When leaving, we waited 15 minutes at the elevator, it only opened twice in that time, and was packed completely full both times. My dad with a broken wrist and I had to lug our suicases down 6 flights of stairs to leave. The valet is right in the busy road so you have to park half way in the street in the traffic to give them your keys. When we arrived, the valet wouldn't come over to the car. My dad got out of the car and walked up to the valet to ask him to come over for our car, and he ignored him. I had to fully turn the car off in the middle of the road and walk over to the valet with the keys before he would even acknowledge that we were there. There were no other customers waiting or interacting with him at this point. The only good part of this hotel experience was the closeness to the Kaseya center for the event we were attending. I would not recommend staying here unless it is a complete last resort. The price in no way reflects the experience of staying here."

"Overall the hotel was very nice aesthetically pleasing. Easily accessible to shops and restaurants was a plus. Did not care for the bed position. Not enough room plus size. does not accommodate for 2 people sleeping separately. "

"Beautiful property overall in a great location, our room was great, we loved the rooftop bar, only complaint was that the pool/ hot tub were closed while we were there due to intermittent rain, it would have been nice to sit in the hot tub in the chilly weather"
