Loved Gale Miami! Rooms were clean, spacious, with amazing views! We had the sky view three bedroom, three bath with kitchen and balconies which was perfect for 5 adults. The pool was clean, pool bar staff were so friendly. We enjoyed the close walk to the Farris wheel and nearby shops/restaurants. Would stay at Gale Miami again in a heartbeat.

Nice hotel, but waited for over 3 hours, after requesting bedding for a sofa twice, had to go down to front desk 1.5 hours later. Got extra bedding at 1:20am! Not acceptable for such hotel!

I liked the location of the hotel. I also liked the gym and pool area. I liked the amenities as well. I did not like the service the dishes were not fully clean prior to arrival and construction was loud outside. The air condition did not work on master either but then they came to fix it overall I do like the location and hotel but parking was expensive at hotel and not readily available nearby,

Suite was amazing. All staff were friendly, pool area and restaurants were great. Valet was quick and sittings area in front was relaxing and convenient. Location was very central to all the sights in Miami. We loved our stay and are planning to come back.

My issued is with Expedia. I booked a regular suite at this hotel and was given a handicap room. When I tried to fix the issue with hotel they told me Expedia chose the room. I would never have choose a handicap room for me and my wife. And booked this hotel 4 months in advance.

This hotel was beautiful! It would have been 5 stars ,but the staff on the other hand were not the kindest. Ian who checked us in was super kind and welcoming! Anna and Daniella the bartenders were kind. Anna especially went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and attended too! Any other works we encountered there were rude ,smug ,and lacked smiles or kindness. It was uncomfortable. It was like we were an inconvenience. Thank God for Ian and Anna especially though because they saved it from no stars! They were amazing!

I recently stayed at this hotel and despite the expectations, my room was not cleaned during my stay, and I did not receive fresh towels or replenished amenities. I reported this issue to the front desk, but unfortunately, it was not resolved. I would not come back to this place. They also require you to pay for early check in.
