1 bed Cabin on the Big Thompson River 5 min to Estespark with hot tub and grill
This unit is our couples' go-to spot. Ever After features a queen bed, living area, full kitchen, bathtub, TV, Gas Stove (fireplace), private balcony with hot tub, and the most beautiful view of the Big Thompson River. You have full access to the river, however you do need a fishing license. Free parking is available on the property. This cottage has one of the best fishing sites in the area ( told to us by fishing guides ) Wi-Fi is available however, in the canyon service is not the best it may go in and out at times we have a studio that sleeps 2 behind the kozy kove cabin it can be added to your reservation for an additional fee message us for more details
This is a very cute place for a cozy weekend stay. Very close to town for an easy drive to stores and restaurants. The hot tub worked very well, it was very nice for a snowy weekend. Kitchen appliances worked great, the heater was very efficient and the heated fan was nice to have as well. The bed and couch were very comfortable. I will say it wouldâve been nice to have extra blankets around, especially when sitting on the couch and wanting to be warmer. Additionally, there was only 1 towel per person (besides 1 hot tub towel per person), I prefer 2 towels for myself, and having extra towels in general would be nice, so thatâs another note for something that maybe could be added. Overall, great place and had a great time!
The boyfriend and I were looking to get away from life for a weekend and this cabin fulfilled that perfectly. Location real close to Estes Park but far enough away where you dont feel like you're close to much civilization. Space was perfect for a couple: small bedroom, minimal kitchen, basic bathroom. Best part was the private hot tub. Facing away from the road and tucked on the side of the house, we felt comfortable enough to skinny dip. This cabin provided the perfect place to reconnect.
The igniter for the pilot lite on the main heat source doesn't work. Had to take apart the fireplace to manually light it. Luckily i had a lighter in my truck because there was none to be found in the cabin. Took about 2 hours after we got there before we got the building to a comfortable temperature even with the electric space heater in the bedroom. Half the light bulbs in there dont work or flash on and off. Broken floor tiles hidden underneath rugs.Great day time hot tub, horrible after dark, there are no working lights on the patio by the hot tub so you cant see what your doing getting in or out. Cleqning company also left their cleaning supplies on the bathroom counter. My favorite part was my check out time said 11am and we had the two cleaning ladys show up at 10:30am and try to walk inside while we were still packing up all our stuff. Will definitely not stay here again.
My wife and I book this jacuzzi suite for a 1 day getaway. We really enjoying the riverside jacuzzi under the stars. We wish we had more time at this cute little cabin and weâre looking forward to our next trip.
Thanks again to our hosts we had some cell phone internet issues. If itâs your first visit Iâd recommend taking a couple screenshots just in case.
Location was close to Estes Park. Just far enough out of town. The room isnt fancy but you can fish off the back deck. The hot tub worked properly. If you are staying extended days you might need to flag down the cleaning lady and ask for replcement towels. She was very nice. The owners were easy to contact. Did i mention you can fish from the back deck? Cell phone service can be spotty but it wasnt terrible. Ultimately we enjoyed our stay.
We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon. We did struggle to find it with the address on VRBO but eventually found it. It is right on the river with a hot tub. The hot tub was everything we hoped for and more. It was hot with great views. It had just enough space for the two of us and was the perfect distance from town. We didn't get lucky enough to see an elk on the river and the sound of the hwy was easily drowned out with a fan. My only complaint would be the no A.C. as it was 95° the first day of our trip. Ans on the knit picky side we also could have used a few more towels being there a week with no laundry access and the decor could use updating. But we will definitely be staying here again. We loved it and it was well worth it to be on the river.
We spent our 30th anniversary at this lovely cabin. Had such a great time at the national park and Estes Park. Would definitely recommend and go back.
The back deck with the river and jacuzzi were just such a bonus! Had a nice visit from several elk while there.
My wife and I spent our 20th anniversary here. Loved that we were out of town but still close to everything. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again if f visiting Estes Park.
Location was ok. Right on the Big Thompson River. Nice to just walk out and fish. Cabin seemed poorly maintained however . When we arrived the coffee pot was dirty. Several floor tiles were loose. Numerous light bulbs were burnt out, Fireplace is broken so when it got cold so we had to use a space heater, Hot tub stopped working during our stay. Also thereâs no AC in this cabin only a box fan and since itâs near the highway you get a lot of road noise with the windows open. Spoke with someone from Texas staying in another cabin who said that his cabin was supposed to have a hot tub and there wasnât even one there, so I guess we were lucky. Not completely horrible but it could have been and should have been so much better.
The location was wonderful. Close to Estes Park but not in the crowds. The deck was amazing. Right on the Big Thompson River with a lovely hot tub. Nice gas grill as well. Missed a small dining table but the raised coffee table was adequate. Would stay there again!
