Room clean and quiet, amenities in the room were great, breakfast had a great selection, and good transport routes to the city centre and airport close by. Staff very helpful and communal areas always clean and tidy, and well furnished. Great location for the event I had travelled over for.

The staff in the hotel were lovely but under pressure as it was a match day. We went to check in after 3 but were told there was no room available. When we got our room it was lovely with comfortable beds however the windows would not open at all and it was very very hot the entire night making it incredibly difficult to sleep. There was also only one normal tea bag in the room which usually there would be at least two. Other than this the shower was powerful and the room was clean and bright.
