Booked for my parents as a gift, and they raved about this hotel. Loved the cleanliness, location, food and staff. They said they wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dublin!

Staff was friendly, room was clean, but our room was very noisy! Couldn’t get much sleep because window was right on the main drag. Asked to change rooms, but they had nothing available

Excellent hotel. Great location. The room was cosy with excellent heating/cooling. The bed was comfy and despite being in the centre of the city it was (fairly) quiet. The breakfast was outstanding and staff were friendly. Would recommend and would definately stay again.

A delight of a hotel. Lovely staff, who are friendly and attentive, which creates a great atmosphere. Beautifully renovated hotel with quirky features that make you smile. Lovely room - snug but with everything you need. David, the manager, does an exceptional job of welcoming guests and is very visible. Taking dinner at the hotel is a must - the dishes created by Cian, the head chef, are outstanding. The haddock fish and chips were the best I’ve ever tasted (and I’m English!) and I would also highly recommend the Beef and Guinness Pithivier (French pie) with it’s light but delicious pastry, melt in the mouth beef and rich and deep bone broth. Even the simple side dish of carrots was delicious. Saiful, our server, was attentive, despite how busy the restaurant was (and probably always is), very cheerful and helpfully recommended dishes to us. We will definitely return to this hotel - the location is also excellent - but it’s all about the feel of the hotel that David, Cian and all the staff enhance with their attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the hotel and for giving customers the best experience they can in all aspects of their stay. I cannot recommend the hotel more highly.

Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast, comfortable room. The only issue, but a big issue was that we couldn't sleep. Very noisy outside, which is expected in a city on a Saturday night but the rooms arent soundproofed at all! We were on the 4th flor and could still hear alot of noises, even with earplugs!! Nit sure i coukd stay again, although beautifull if yiu cant sleep then theres no point in booking as a hotel

This room and hotel was so sweet! It looks classic on the surface but the rooms had modern touches like usb c ports for fast charging and fast WiFi. The staff was friendly and had some good recommendations for the area plus the restaurant attached to hotel was really good. I would look for this hotel first if I travel back to Dublin.
