"We have been to 30A several years with our family and love it. This year we rented this home with the Barbie bathroom and we all had a total blast. Close to the beach and the home was perfect with the 2 balconies and a porch. If we can get this house again, we will!"

"The house is beautiful and was very clean. The AC worked great and every room has a TV. The bunk rooms do not have a closet or anywhere to put clothes, so our kids just left their suitcases open on the floor. Bathrooms were very nice and there were plenty of them! I loved that each bedroom has a bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. we like to cook so this was great. The outdoor kitchen and space around it was amazing. As far as the listing on VRBO, a few things were unclear so I had to reach out to the host with questions. But, the property manager, Tracy was awesome once we got there. We had a few issues during our stay and she tried her best to resolve them. My main recommendation is they should let travelers know when trash pickup and pool cleaning is scheduled. We couldn’t find that info anywhere, so I had to reach out to the property manager. She answered all my questions. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the house to the actual beach. You have to cross 30A, but there’s a cross walk close to the house. After crossing 30A, you go down a walkway. You are at a public beach that is very busy, so get there early to put up your tent and chairs. The pool and hot tub are really nice. The pool turned green while we were there but Tracy acted quickly to get the pool guy there. I would definitely recommend this house, but thought these few comments might be helpful to future travelers staying there. I would definitely stay again."
