- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is above the front porch facing the entryway and driveway, camera 2 is on the back porch facing the back walkway and the pier gangway, camera 3 is at the kitchen entrance facing the walkway from the driveway, and camera 4 is on the balcony overlooking the balcony. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and audio when motion is detected
- Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property
- The electric fireplaces are only available during the winter season
- This 3-story home requires 5 steps to enter; the 1st floor includes a bedroom and full bathroom
- The pier will be upgraded in March 2026 to create a larger, improved space for guests to enjoy. The waterfront gazebo has been removed as part of this phase and will be replaced in a future stage. We look forward to providing an enhanced waterfront experience
