Arrives at the hotel to find covered in scaffolding (was not informed construction was being carried out at the hotel when booking was made.) Room was clean etc. Saturday morning was woken up at 08.00 by scaffolders dismantling scaffold outside the window it was like staying in a building site the noise and vibration was unbearable. Spoke to front desk who said we could change the room but it would probably be the same in that room too I had to go out and speak to one of the scaffolders to ask if they would be doing work outside our room on the sunday as the hotel manager had a couldnt careless attitude.Customer service is diabolical. We had no chice but to go out earlier than we wanted as it was impossible to stay in the room. and after a late night on friday we were looking forward to a few relaxing hours in the morning. Arrived back Saturday evening to find that no tea, coffee milk replenished there was only 2 satchets of coffee on the friday had to go to reception where they had to try and search for long life milk was given the dregs left in the bottom of a carton and some coffee satchets. No cleaning of the room on Saturday. No clean towels etc. I have stayed in better hostels to be honest. Disgusting would never stay in a moxy hotel again.
