This experience was pretty poor for a Marriott property. The check in was at the bar and I could not hear what was being said. Left the hotel to get food another hotel after there was no room in the lobby to eat and food being on an hour wait. Lobby staff didn’t understand what I was asking when I approached them for help.

Mixed bag

Stay started off excellent. Was allowed into the room early as it was available and allowed us to park our car to get bags unloaded and het the car into the airport carpark for our holiday. Bed okay, facilities pretty good. 2 main issues we had. Firstly building works were going on so layout was not the most straightforward. Wasnt too noisy during our stay but if i was arriving fromna long haul during the day it might be an issue. Secondly on leaving the hotel the receptionist told us to use the other entrance (the one we was told not to on our arrival) and got snarky when we didnt use the fire exit. Overall a fine stay but not worth the price of the stay.

They’re in the middle of a renovation and new roof so windows are dirty. Scaffoldings are up. Rooms are still very nice though.

I liked the thematic decoration and friendly, knowledgeable staff. What I didn't like was the dark hallways, worn carpeting, and scuffed walls. Could have been cleaner.
