Stayed here overnight before flying from Edinburgh. Very good location for airport. Only issue was the website says there is a 24hr shuttle bus from the property to the airport. Reception said there was no shuttle bus, but local bus servuce outside and they were unsure of times or if this was 24hr.

Room was super quiet, clean and comfortable. Gym was great and staff were lovely. Definitely recommend for a quiet night sleep before flying.

Dropped my wife and luggage iff whike I returned hire car. When i got back to hotel i was rudely told by a non scottish manageress that if I didnt give them the car rego it would cost me 100 pounds!! No mention on any of their information did it mention that. 2) were ignored by bar staff for over 20 mins while she served others who came in well after us. The only reason we eventually got served was because I raised my voice. Then to told that half the food menu was unavailable!!! 3) Rooms had no phone 4) Had to take a cold shower to cool down in the room (-3c outside) as the air-conditioning only got hotter as i decreased the temperature. 5) Informed if we wanted it cooler we had to open the window!! It was -3c outside and we were at the airport! Who would design a hotel next to an airport that required windows to be open for coolness. The planes came in all night!! Other passengers on our plane had the same issues NEVER EVER STAY HERE!!

No air conditioning but maybe due to it being winter. The receptionist this early afternoon was amazing and went above and beyond for us. We were hungry and did not realise their menu had changed and the times as well. However he gave us pizza! Amazing service thank you!
