Food offering was extremely limited after we told the restaurant was open and food would be available. Bar service was poor - in a noisy bar environment staff need to speak clearly and loudly to communicate. This was not a language barrier but rather a lack of interest and desire to provide good customer service.

There was scaffolding all round the building which rattled all night and meant we hardly slept. If we had known, we would have booked elsewhere. There were not enough staff at the check in leading to long queues.

Convenient location , staff helpful

Some scratches on glass tables and shower mold but room very nice otherwise. Staff so helpful, downstairs temp cool , a little uncomfortable after an hour. Bed comfortable ,pillows high and hard. Have stayed previously would again . Very convenient for airport.
