Our A-Frame offers the best of both worlds; just 4.4 miles from the village of Ellicottville and on a secluded 60 private acres. Our A-frame is perfect for hosting multiple families or 5/6 couples with each having the privacy of their own bedroom. 25 year old min renter age and 12 guests maximum please. Beds: 1 king, 2 queen, 3 full, 2 twin. #T-RENT25-00179

We have a hot tub, sauna, large to die for outdoor space, two tier large back deck, boards games, corn hole, outdoor fire-place, and 2 TVs.
