Our room wasn’t pleasant, they stressed it was a pet friendly place, and that’s exactly what the carpet in the room looked like. The bathroom toliet was rocking when sat on in which I think caused the sewage odor. I think places save good rooms for people booking directly and not for people using an app. They also charged my card before I even checked in and I selected pay at the property.

The room had a lot of stains. The wall in the bathroom was cracked open. The tub was stained. I came back night one and it reeked of cigarette smoke from someone smoking in another room-not even on my floor. I Was worried I would smell at my meeting the next day. The phone did not work. The elevator kept getting stuck. IF this wasn’t next to where I need to go I wouldn’t stay here again.

When we arrived we were told they didn’t have the room we paid for. We were not notified beforehand, and that’s why I’m really upset. If we were told, we would have booked somewhere else. But we arrived, were told, and we had no choice but to stay there in a lower grade room. We were offered 2 bottled beverages as a courtesy for the inconvenience….

The room appears to have not been updated in a very long time. The smell in the room wasn't necessarily bad, but it was definitely weird. Breakfast was very limited and looked stale. We didn't even eat. Hand written signs around the 'breakfast' area. Microwave was on a little table, and lopsided. Guys outside when we arrived back at the hotel at night smoking weed and a different guy in the AM. I would not recommend.

The first two rooms we were given were depressing and dirty. There was masking tape on the shower floor holding on the tile. The door handle in the bathroom was falling off. When I complained we were given the King Suite. The tile floor had something black and sticky on it. Didn't the people cleaning it see it. It was a big spot. The juice at breakfast (both apple and orange). we watered down both were pale colored. It is amazing how dingy this place is.

Accommodated early check-in. Staff pleasant and efficient. Morning food needs improving. Not really good enough to avoid eating breakfast elsewhere. Room and staff were 4 stars, but breakfast only 1 star.
